Deluxe room on ground-floor was excellent and well-worth the extra price. Ideal for someone with mobility limitations since it was near the breakfast area. Room was quiet, even with fireworks outside because it was New Year's eve. Could not hear them in the room.

Systemic disadvantage is limited parking at the hotel itself. There is a public parking garage right across the street, but crossing the street with luggage is not convenient, especially when it is raining. The parking garage is well-lit and we did not feel unsafe there, even late at night. There is an elevator to the various floors of the parking garage, so one does not have to climb stairs.

The room was on the road side and noisy. The curtains didn’t close properly and so some lights at sunrise. The toilet didn’t have ventilation. The tissues in the bathroom were empty, and the soap pump was not working properly. The shower was too high, not handy if you don’t want to wash your hair. All small things but maybe worth mentioning as feedback for improvement.

Fletcher Hotels are a huge line of hotels all over the Netherlands. This hotel is located in a fairytale like small town Weert only 20 minutes from one of their biggest cities Eindhoven. The staying is beyond peaceful and quiet it's so calm that it will make you wonder... You will feel happy and calm it's a perfect town for walking outside in their parks and biking. Their breakfast is full of the local hams and chesses and you will taste all kinds of the Dutch breads and pastries. It's a must visit, the whole experience is a spot on vacation you may need

The juicemachine did not work despite having been looked at by a staff member. You could put a note on the machine, so you did not pour water in the glass in stead of the expected juice. It is OK that the light is automated, but when you have been using the toilet at night and you wash your hands, the light in the bathroom will be turned on - and that will eventually wake up the other person in the room.

Nice low budget hotel with good breakfast. Also big plus for being bike-friendly and providing ample space to secure bikes in the locked garage. As for some people in the reviews who complain about the garage: those people must be pretty bad drivers. There's nothing wrong with the dimensions of the entrance/exit.

Weirdly, the shower is part of the main part of the room and the person showering has no privacy at all. Weird for a hotel that also has rooms for business meetings...

The staff and facilities were excellent. The breakfast was good. Everywhere looked and felt clean. Super location for discovering Weert and the surrounding area and ideal for Bospop. Already booked for next year!

Great location close to station, comfy beds and good shower. Lovely breakfast with a variety of bread, cheese, fruit, cake, croissants, pancakes scrambled egg and bacon. Allowed us to store our luggage until check in time.

Room was quite basic, paper coffee cups. Was cold when we arrived as no heating on. Couldn't find hand towels initially as they were in wardrobe.

Desk a bit basic, internet was not working one morning for about 8 or 9 hours, which was a bit long.

The location is quite perfect. There is a cheap parking garage literally across the street. The facilities were great. Breakfast till 10 or 10:30 and great options too.

A little touchup in some corners of the hotel would be nice. Some refurbishment will do good. It was also a bit pricey.
