Excellent hotel, only about 10-15 min taxi ride to/from the airport. I arrived very late after a delayed flight but the front desk receptionist was helpful and got me into my room quickly, as was the other guy the next night when I had to hang out in the lobby for a while before my nighttime flight. Unfortunately I slept through breakfast due to my 2am arrival, but I did use the fantastic fitness center next door (with free access for hotel guests). The room itself was great, with enough space, nice modern amenities, and a very comfy bed.

The communal areas of the hotel are beautiful, even if the rooms are a bit bland. The staff is all very professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was very kind of the young man at the front desk. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked well, and the shower had great water pressure. The included breakfast was fine... Though the selection was better on the first day than the second. They allow for post check-out luggage storage, so that was nice. I had hoped to make use of the gym, but time just didn't allow for it.

The cleaning staff were a bit overzealous in trying to restock the room and actually woke me up twice. Though booking said I had until 12:30pm to check out, the front desk was calling me shortly after 12pm, so that wasn't great. My biggest complaint, honestly, was the sticker shock of added taxes, which brought my bill from $113 to an unexpected $140

We were very heavily delayed by our flight and we didn't get to the hotel until 4 in the morning. The staff was very communicative throughout our delay and still arranged for a taxi pick-up and to keep the front desk open. We really appreciated the friendliness. As our night was so short we didn't have a lot of time to sleep, but the bed and room were large. The room was warm when we arrived but cooled down significantly after we turned the quiet A/C on, even in the summer heat. The shower was nice, but the bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast had a large selection.

We were woken up quite early due to loud noises outside the hotel, possibly music played by construction workers.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The personnel is exceptional and ready to assist with anything. The room was super clean, with high-quality bedding and towels. The mattress was very comfortable (not too soft, not too firm). There are plenty of power outlets in the room. The bathroom is large with a full-size tub. The breakfast includes 2-3 hot bar options, appetizers, fruits and vegetables, yogurt, etc. Everything was super fresh and tasty. They also gave me a lunchbox for the early checkout day.

The hotel is located a bit away from all major attractions, but a taxi costs $2-3 so the location was not an issue for me. This hotel will be my first choice on my next visit.

I spent a long time looking for this amazing hotel, because i just wanted to find a good place to take a shower after tired traveling. the bathroom here is super big and comfortable. I was going to travel outside in tashkent, but i almost stayed in the room the whole day. the bed and room facilities are quite new. the breakfast is also suitable for my taste. The guys at the front desk are all handsome and strong and gentle. They alway smile at me. Especially Muhammad and Shoxjahon. I almost fall in love with them hahaha

I had to come to Tashkent last minute and my normal hotels were all booked out, so I had to try a different one. This one didn't have as many reviews as others because it's new, but it looked really nice. When I got there, I was absolutely blown away. The hotel is beautiful, everything is clean, breakfast is included, etc. My room even had a sweet little balcony. But what I loved most were the employees. They were so nice and helpful. It had been a really stressful week, and their kindness really made a difference. I can't wait to come back.

The property is in very in good location and on the Main Road and its very clean and the hotel teams they are the best to service everything what i need it and its a big thanks to hotel management and team of the team

The hotel is in the center as may say cause you go anywhere where you want and its very easy and the hotel reception boys ( Mohammed, Sarvar , Bonyae and Daniyur ) they guid everything's and special thanks to Chef of the Hotel and team 🌹

Great hotel with nice and helpful staff. Our flight didn`t leave before 6PM on check-out day, and they let us keep one room for free until we had to leave for the airport. It was actually the staff who suggested that we did, so we could stroll around town for a few hours on departure day, and still have access to all facilities. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, and it was easy to get a taxi to move around town. We will definitely stay here again.

The internet connection in the room was slow.

Very clean. Close to the airport and train station. We stayed in 209. It was super quiet. Good breakfast. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Steve went above and beyond to help us with all logistics. We didn't take the hotel shuttle. We were quoted for $20 by the hotel. But paid only about $2 with Yandes, the local Uber.

Everything was great. The hotel is nicely and elegantly decorated with top notch materials, great AC, and comfortable bed. Breakfast is good too. But the best part is the staff and service. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They'll open the gym and pool shortly and I got to see it, and it looks super good. I can see why they have a great rating!
