It's the best place for accommodation. We have stayed here for 10 days. Very comfortable and welcoming hotel where I hope to stay again! Just a couple of points: 1) Brand new hotel of high standard and very affordable price. It's a new property (just recently opened) and well designed; 2) Very nice and quiet location, not far from the airport and city center; 3) Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, in room you can find everything for comfortable staying; 4) Beautiful place (with gym, swimming pool, spa and sauna); 5) Excellent breakfast, has a lot of options; 6) Wonderful, professional staff who are super friendly and would go out of the way to help you; 7) The reception staff are speaking multiple languages, including English, Russian, Uzbek and Tajik. A special thanks goes to the Managers of Hotel Bekzod and Farookh for their help and attention to all our requests.

I had a fantastic stay at Europe hotel! The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with a great blend of comfort and local charm. The rooms were spacious and cozy, the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. What really made our stay memorable was the incredible hospitality - especially from Fatih. He was super kind, professional, and always ready to help. He was very flexible with our requests, even allowing us a early check-in without any hassle, just making sure we had everything we needed, Fatih went above and beyond. Thanks to him and the entire team, our experience felt easy, relaxed, and truly welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel - and make sure to say hi to Fatih!

"My Gid Omar booked this hotel, and I personally asked him to leave a comment about this hotel, because it was something unreal, I never leave a comment but this time service was on another level, everything is perfect about this hotel We stayed for one day and enjoyed our time so much! The service was great! Anvar met us at many of our meals and set us up with a great table, food that he knew we liked, drinks that we typically enjoyed, and some new items to try. Dear Europe Hotel team. First of all thank you for your efforts and kind support . But I know short answer is not enough in your case. So let me express my feelings in following words: my expectations were met by 100%. The spirit, style, design of the hotel and rooms fully correspond to the name of the hotel. Very classical style in combination with paintings with views of the Mediterranean, castles, the D'Orsay Museum on the walls, French balconies in each room, a cozy atmosphere - all this is the painstaking work of designers. And this is fully supported by everyday work of very freindly team on reception, bar , security. The team memebrs very well know and fulfill their job. Never have seen anybody wasting working time on the phone. In addition, everybody on his place is trying to follow every request of the guests, help in all possible way. So, I'm very thankful to all people who provided very pleasent and comfortable stay and wish all of you all the best. Next time when I will be in Tashkent I will be happy to stay in your hotel again. From the moment I walked into Tashkent Europe Hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink at the entrance — a small but thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. I had a minor issue during check-in, but what impressed me most was how efficiently and graciously the team resolved it. They handled it with such professionalism and care, I actually felt more reassured than inconvenienced. That level of attentiveness isn’t something you find everywhere. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained — clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is great for both business and leisure, and the staff go out of their way to assist with local tips and arrangements. If you’re looking for a hotel in Tashkent that combines comfort, hospitality, and genuine care for its guests, Tashkent Europe Hotel is a fantastic choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Excellently located close to the amazing Chorsu Bazaar which is a must for travellers to Tashkent, the hotel has obviously had a big investment recently and that is reflected in the price, which is quite high. The feeling is modern but enough of the older building is preserved to still feel you are in an older building. The hotel staff are amazingly friendly and look after you well especially all the front of house staff and of course, the back of house cleaners do an awesome job as well as the rooms I stayed in were immaculately presented.

Needs a better coffee machine in the breakfast bar and the pillows were hard blocks of foam which, for a hotel of this price, are false economies. Attention to detail is everything.

Really liked a stylish room and an interior of the hotel in general. Everything is very clean and bright. Extremely comfortable bed with extremely clean linen. Convenient bathroom and cozy bathrobes)) Liked so much the spa-zone and great breakfast in the morning. I’d like to notice exceptional professionalism and kindness of Uchkun who is really helpful and friendly person and hotel’s member. Thank you Uchkun and wish you the best luck in your future!

A little bit cold when I’ve just entered the room. Not so vast selection of dishes in the hotel’s cafe but definitely you will find what will make you satisfied.

Everything was perfect except……

If I had known that it was a “no alcohol” hotel I would have chosen another hotel for the last day/night in Uzbekistan. BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW IN YOUR BOOKING APP. CHANGE IT!!!!!!!!!’ In the restaurant on 2.nd floor there is a small step which is impossible to see because of wrong lighting. I saw 2 people overseeing it, one fell to the ground a hit herself badly (my wife). I strongsly surgest that you change the light on that step; don’t use that lightcabel you have at the moment. It makes it worse rather than gives a warning.

Tashkent is always about love, hospitality and boundless respect. In Europe hotel all aspects were operating at the pinnacle level of standards.
