The staffs are very friendly and helpful (especially Mohammed, thanks so much!!). He let me check in much earlier which was great after spending a night in the bus. Facilities are great, it has connection to the gym & swimming pool (bring your own cap/ buy from hotel for 4$). Breakfast is great, location is also good (lots of buses to the city center) or take taxi for 2-3$.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirzo Hotel! The hospitality was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Azimbek and Muhammad for their outstanding service – they were always helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend Mirzo Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience in Tashkent. Clean and comfortable boutique hotel situated 10 minutes from the airport. Perfect for a short business stay. All facilities are new and fresh. Staff is wonderful and happy to help. Mohammed was the desk manager that assisted us during check in and helped us along the entire stay. The room was well furnished and spotless clean. A/C and free WiFi worked as well. Location is not remarkable but there are nice restaurants and coffee place nearby in a walking distance. Overall we were more than pleased with hotel’s hospitality and extend our gratitude to the wonderful staff.

Breakfast could use more variety. Nevertheless it was always fresh and delicious. Location is something to be aware of if you’re looking for the tourist attractions which are in the distance. But it’s perfectly fine if you’re here for the business trip and require a stay near your place of interest and airport.

It's one of the best hotels I've ever been to. The building is modern and functional with a built-in temple control, spacious rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent gym/sauna/hammam/swimming pool (it's actually a separate facility that the hotel has access to). The location is further from downtown, but it's a very nice area packed with various amenities and close to the airport. It's was easy to get anywhere by taxi from this place.

It was a little surprising to get a WhatsApp message from the hotel before my arrival (I thought it was a scam), but I realized it's a pretty common practice in all Tashkent hotels.

Excellent hotel, only about 10-15 min taxi ride to/from the airport. I arrived very late after a delayed flight but the front desk receptionist was helpful and got me into my room quickly, as was the other guy the next night when I had to hang out in the lobby for a while before my nighttime flight. Unfortunately I slept through breakfast due to my 2am arrival, but I did use the fantastic fitness center next door (with free access for hotel guests). The room itself was great, with enough space, nice modern amenities, and a very comfy bed.

The communal areas of the hotel are beautiful, even if the rooms are a bit bland. The staff is all very professional and friendly. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was very kind of the young man at the front desk. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked well, and the shower had great water pressure. The included breakfast was fine... Though the selection was better on the first day than the second. They allow for post check-out luggage storage, so that was nice. I had hoped to make use of the gym, but time just didn't allow for it.

The cleaning staff were a bit overzealous in trying to restock the room and actually woke me up twice. Though booking said I had until 12:30pm to check out, the front desk was calling me shortly after 12pm, so that wasn't great. My biggest complaint, honestly, was the sticker shock of added taxes, which brought my bill from $113 to an unexpected $140

Excellent location, close to the airport and not far from the city center! Delicious breakfast with lots of choices! But the best of all is the hotel's stuff...The reception personal were the best! Very friendly, helpful and courteous and, they made our stay as comfortable as possible! Will definitely be back again!

We were very heavily delayed by our flight and we didn't get to the hotel until 4 in the morning. The staff was very communicative throughout our delay and still arranged for a taxi pick-up and to keep the front desk open. We really appreciated the friendliness. As our night was so short we didn't have a lot of time to sleep, but the bed and room were large. The room was warm when we arrived but cooled down significantly after we turned the quiet A/C on, even in the summer heat. The shower was nice, but the bathroom was a bit small. The breakfast had a large selection.

We were woken up quite early due to loud noises outside the hotel, possibly music played by construction workers.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The personnel is exceptional and ready to assist with anything. The room was super clean, with high-quality bedding and towels. The mattress was very comfortable (not too soft, not too firm). There are plenty of power outlets in the room. The bathroom is large with a full-size tub. The breakfast includes 2-3 hot bar options, appetizers, fruits and vegetables, yogurt, etc. Everything was super fresh and tasty. They also gave me a lunchbox for the early checkout day.

The hotel is located a bit away from all major attractions, but a taxi costs $2-3 so the location was not an issue for me. This hotel will be my first choice on my next visit.

Fantastic little hotel, ideal location and just a 5 min taxi from the centre of Tashkent. The staff are exceptional - so friendly and will go out of their way to help in any way they can, especially Murod, the overall hotel and rooms are spotless - absolute bonus is having 24/7 access to the gym and swimming pool next door which is a high end gym, very fancy - all in all a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend!
