This is a great hotel, new, clean, well maintained and good size rooms with a view across the suburbs. The beds are perfect - not the rock hard standard and not spongy soft - I had the best sleep in 3 months of constant travel in this bed, the balance of support and softness is just right. The staff at reception are professional and cheerful, and always greet with a big smile, we felt welcome and safe here always. The breakfast array is excellent, better than other similar style hotels we stayed in Tashkent previously, and the coffee is genuinely good. The location is out of the centre of the city but not too far to socialize using taxi or Yandex-go. We chose this location because it has car parking and is close to the border crossing with Kazakhstan - it allowed us to get an early start and cross the border quickly, but this is a comfortable hotel and would work for much longer stays if visiting for a few days or a week. For business people it is secure, stylish, there is a restaurant upstairs and cafes nearby for meetings, along with normal facilities.

I was able to check in early after a long flight from NZ. The room was clean and cozy. Excellent breakfast provided. I also had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The hotel made my arrival in Tashkent very comfortable. Superb value for the price.

Lovely, brand-new design hotel located between Yunosabad and Shakhriston subway stations, offering very clean facilities and excellent staff. The lobby features an ATM (Kapitalbank) and a sauna available until 23:00, as well as a workout room. Good wifi, good air conditioner, spacious room, very quiet, although situated on the main road. Fruit and veg market right next to the hotel, bus stops right in front of the hotel, easy access to the city centre.

In the sauna area, there is not a pool, but rather a small cold bath and the change room is just one for everyone, men and women altogether

Amazing boutique hotel in a very convenient part of town. Just up the main stretch and accessible easily by the green metro line. Large market nearby as well where you can get proper goods and produce that are not jacked up like in the normal bazaars. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind to me. They even surprised me on my birthday with a cake in my room. The room was clean and spacious and a joy to stay and sleep in.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional—his assistance made my travel experience so much smoother. I truly loved everything about my stay here. Wonderful new hotel in the Yunusobod district north of city center. Walking distance to metro station and Yunusobod Bazaar. Staff was all wonderful, helpful in every way, and speak excellent English. Rooms are spacious and clean with hardwood floor. Looking forward to staying again in the future

Breakfast was good, could be better

The hotel seems to be new, everything is clean, stuff is nice. Enjoyed our time in pool and sauna with friends.

No bath robes, available only in luxury rooms, which is weird since in my country all hotel rooms have bath robes if the hotel has this feature. The pool and spa area was great but water didn't drain well so it was a bit flooded. The bathroom stinks a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Birthday decoration was beautiful and thoughtful, the hospitality was exceptional, and the service was truly outstanding from start to finish. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We also really appreciated the late check-out, which made our departure much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and memorable stay. Thank you for everything!

Every things was perfect.

Like everything about the property. The room was very spacious and good for a family of three. Facilities are exceptional especially breakfast at a public restaurant. The location is nice as well. You have plenty of good restaurants next (one Turkish and one local) to the hotel. Very close to Sheristan metro just 450 metres away. What makes your experience exceptional is the people. The elements hotel has the most humble and accommodating staff. I would like to mention the names of Sergey (the manager), Sukhrob and Yasmina. The trio will go to any extent to make your trip memorable. Thank you again for making out stay wonderful and memorable.
