Great freshly made breakfast every morning , nice ladies who made home cooked breakfast and were quick to clean up after , clean and nice accommodation. Friendly staff and very helpful. We had a problem with AC in the first room and they immediately changed us rooms and helped . The reception was always nice and helpful for advice . I would stay here if I came back to Tashkent . I highly recommend! And I'm picky hahaha also a very nice neighborhood and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to see

Without a doubt the best hostel I have visited in Uzbekistan! Staff is extremely friendly and super flexible. They are always available by WhatsApp, the hostel is open 24 hours for check-in. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are super clean (even holder of soap gets cleaned thoroughly every day). Breakfast is amazing. The beds have good and thick mattresses. Sheets and towels smell so well. Water of shower is hot. There is enough hangers in the bathroom to hang your clothes and towel. Rooms are spacious. I highly recommend and will definitely go back next time I go to Uzbekistan.

Everything is so great at Jules, they are so welcoming. The hospitality is wonderful. Everything is neat and clean. Definitely i will stay again there when I visit Tashkent.

The hostel was situated in a centre which was accessible to most of the tourist area, the cleanliness of the hotel, the ambience and the staffs are extremely extremely helpful and kind. One can go to the kitchen even at midnight and relish a cup of tea without any hesitance. The manager was soo helpful for all the queries moreover it was safe and secure. You can easily have a walk to nearby area even at night. The manager will always be available to answer your queries. Overall, the stay was completely comfortable, safe and convenient for us. Highly recommended!!

We have spent 2 nights at Jule Verne Hostel and it was great! The manager was so nice, he let us check in at 8am instead of 2pm because the room was available, and we were also able to take a shower before leaving the last day, even though we had no room anymore. Thank you very much for your kindness! The room was clean and tidy, as well as the shared bathroom. The place is well located. Good place to stay!

The location was good: very close to the Minor Mosque and easy enough to wander around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to stay in a large room with clean, white sheets: felt like a hotel room. The hostel was quiet and easy to find (there is a huge sign on the building). The breakfast was nice.

I often choose to stay at hostels to meet other travellers. It was a bit hard to do here: perhaps because there wasn’t really a common area, or most people just pass through Tashkent fairly quickly (like we did).

Our plane landed at 4am so we were super tired and sleepy when we arrived. Thankfully our room became available and the staff let us check in as soon as it was ready as they could see us falling asleep in reception. We really appreciate this. The breakfast is really great and gave us a good start to the day. All the cutlery and teapots are in good condition and washed clean. The location is close to Minor Mosque. Everything in Tashkent is big so you will need to try to take a taxi or walk to the metro. The bathrooms are well equipped with soap and kept generally quite clean. Towels are provided (for private rooms at least) and laundry service is reasonable. Our clothes were returned fresh.

There is a water dispenser but this was always empty.

I like everything in this hostel, the staff and the breakfast and the services provided. I would recommend to everyone need short and pleasant stay in Tashkent

Nothing only the location because it is outside the city center but this is known from the map,so you would need to take taxi with every trip outside the hostel.

Family-run small hostel in the quiet neighbourhood near the Ankhor Channel between two metro station on the Yunusabad Line which means a 15 minutes walk to the nearest transport hub (stations Minor or Bodomzor). The neighbourhood is very nice, with a small bakery inside and a very good supermarket in 10 minutes walk. The facilities are super clean, the bedlinen is changed every three days and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast: it is served on a tray (no choice) and there is way too much carbohydrates (bread, porridge, cookies, condensed sweetened milk) and too little anything else. You can add some fruit or vegetables in case you have shopped for them but you can hardly cook anything for yourself (there is a microwave and a kitchen stove in the dining room, but basically no kitchenware + in the morning the area is occupied by staff). Wi-Fi is very hectic and unpredictable. On the second floor, of two showers only one works well.

Staff is very friendly and speaks English. The breakfast is quite a lot! The facilities are clean, the rooms as well, and equipped with airconditioning. There is an option to have a room for yourself or a shared dormitory. In all cases, the hostel is rather quiet, and not too noisy. I came back here at the end of my travel because I liked it so much.
