It is a great hotel in a very convenient place, not at the business center of the city, but the neighborhood is very nice The staff is wonderful, very friendly and attentive and sincere Great pool! Good choice at the breakfast

The only hiccup there was when I had a very early checkout (at 4 am) and asked to prepare a lunch packet for me and I was promised I will but when I showed at the lobby at 4 am it wasn`t prepared for me and also I couldn`t make a coffee though the coffee machine was there, so I asked the receptionist to make the coffee for me and he wouldn`t, he asked me to wait - I couldn`t wait any longer, my taxi was there and I needed to catch the plane. Other than that the rest of my 2 weeks stay there was amazing.

The best thing about the hotel is the nice swimming pool outside and sun loungers with umbrellas. Working hours are long. You can lie in the sun in the morning as if you were somewhere in the tropics. I would also choose this hotel if you have a good car, parking with a barrier. Or value security. Because there is strict control of everyone coming. Even friends must register at the reception. I also recommend taking a room on the top floor with a view of the tower sparkling at night. The room will also appeal to those who need a work desk. We didn’t take breakfast, there are many good and varied cafes around

We were somewhat disappointed with the interior design of the lobby of hotel. We understand that it was built a long time ago. But the hotel maintains quality nevertheless

The staff at this Radisson are first class. Everyone we encountered had clearly received a lot of training and we benefited from the brilliant English that all staff without exception were able to converse in. They were courteous, professional and helpful during our entire stay. We had a few unusual problems with our room during our stay, owing to renovations the hotel is undertaking (I believe these are likely unique to the time frame within which we stayed and I doubt others would experience the same) but the staff endeavoured to resolve these for us. We managed to check into our room early and we were upgraded on check in. The junior suite was spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A wide spectrum of choice available every morning and staff on hand to serve you if needed. Location of the hotel is close to a metro station which takes you closer to attractions so well located. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent.

Unusual problems with our room as mentioned in the other section of this review meant we had to change rooms quite late at night. This was an inconvenience but I raised this with the hotel separately and they have applied brilliant customer service in this instance. Thank you Radisson Tashkent.

1. The room was great 2. Breakfast spread was superb. 3. The staff were friendly and efficient 4. The hotel is superbly locate - walking distance to the Minor Mosque, the superbly landscaped museum of victims of political repression, Beshquozon Pilaf Center and the Tashkent TV Tower. The Bodomzur Metro Station is close by. 4. Food at the coffee shop was very good, with decent vegetarian options.

The only thing we did not like is that the Air conditioning was ineffective. It had not yet been set to summer time temperatures and effectively we spent 3 nights with very poor sleep.

Upgraded to Business Room Category on a higher (6th floor). Newly furnished rooms with excellent carpeting, bed and furniture and a huge bathroom with good amenities. The air conditioning (heating) was perfect and kept the room at an ambient temperature. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous and there was a wide choice of dishes. The tariff is good and more reasonable and value for money as compared to similar hotels in Tashkent.

Missed a spa and heated indoor pool which is a must in the winter months.

The entire staff goes out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. They book cabs for you. The housekeeping staff, the room service staff, the security staff, the front office staff, and the property manager are always ready to help you. They go out of the way to provide excellent service

The room temperature as they operate the Airconditioner in winter mode. The average room temperature was around 25 degrees. We had to open the window and sleep.

The bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains helped us to sleep after a long flight, the bathroom was nice, and the large mirror was great. It was quite in the room. The front desk staff were excellent during both check-in and check-out. I would like to thank Aysha for her professionalism and helpfulness. Definitely recommend! A would stay again.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Tashkent provided a peaceful retreat with its quiet ambiance and spacious rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety. The hotel's location was conveniently near to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The Wi-Fi was notably good. However, there was room for improvement with the air conditioning. Despite this minor issue, the stay was largely remarkable and highly recommended.

Air conditioning

It was pleasure spent time here. We had came with son for his school’s competition, and the personal were very nice and helpful. Room service is perfect - very clean and everything is on the place. Good breakfast with music accompaniment. It’s important in summer in Tashkent to have a room with good and quiet conditioning - that’s it.

Fitness hall is a bit time-worn

I appreciated an affordable upgrade to a junior suite. The room was very modern and clean with high quality furniture and finishing. The staff was available, responsive and friendly throughout my stay.

Only a small issue but I was disappointed not to be able to order a drink or meal by the pool or in the garden to take advantage of the space and good weather.
