New hotel, very modern. Large clean rooms, with very good facilities. Spa, swimming pool, hamam and sauna in the basement. Great breakfast, super helpful staff. 3 min walk to metro station, and good value for money. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

Not possible to open the windows in the room, and it was a bit stuffy, especially given the weather was so great and it would have been nice to have so fresh air.

The hotel was clean the staff was very nice the reception staff namely salaxeddine were very helpful.

Breakfast was bad

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent. The room was very spacious, clean, well designed, and even had a nice living room area and two washrooms and a nice desk and workspace. It had everything you could possibly need. All of the staff were super helpful and kind. And the breakfast buffet was also very good. There was only a single issue that we had. We had asked for an extra bed and while the main king size bed was super comfortable, the mattress for the extra bed was not very comfortable. But as soon as I told the supervisor at the reception that the extra mattress for the night before was not very comfortable, the manager apologized and to make up for this, they prepared a complimentary 3 course lunch menu for all 7 people in our group, all for free and we were greeted by the chef himself and the entire staff of the restaurant. They were all very kind and generous and it really left a lasting impression on us. Everything about our stay was exceptional and they ultimately left us with an extraordinarily good experience.

Location was perfect for visiting the Chorsu Bazaar, lots of greenery around also and ample parking with electric outlets for cars. Breakfast was outstanding, one of the best we've had in Uzbekistan, especially since I'm vegetarian and I was pleased to see a good variety on offer. Size of the room was exceptional, with a decent view. The bathroom was sparkling, heated floors and towel racks! Nice touch. We got to use the spa, including jacuzzi, sauna and hammam for free, which was a lovely touch at the end of a long holiday. The price point was perfect, the restaurant wasn't too expensive with a wide variety of Uzbek and western options. Staff were lovely and we were able to have a late check out until 6 pm at 50% of the room rate.

Towels in the bathroom were a bit on the small side. Ones at the spa were large and fluffy. A bit more information in the room on the sights around town and services offered at the hotel would be nice.

Staff at the front desk, bar, etc., were friendly and professional. English was not a problem. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a good range of food for breakfast, and the quality was good also. The hotel is located within (long) walking distance from a historical mosque complex and Chorsu bazaar, but not much else... but taxis are cheap and easily available. The hotel felt a little dated but was well-maintained.

We were hoping to use the pool/billiards table in the basement (in the gym/spa area) but the pricing was ridiculously expensive, so we didn't bother. It looked well-kept though. The pricing needs to be re-thought. No view from our room, but it was quiet.

The breakfast is really rich and the choice is big, from scrambled eggs to meat dishes. The spa is great. For those who say that the water in the jacuzzi is cool, you should look into why it is like that and that everything is fine with that. The maids awas wonderful, they really always helped with all questions. The location is convenient. Many facilities are within walking distance. Metro nearby.

Some of the staff had difficulty understanding and spoke English or Russian. This made communication somewhat difficult, but there were also those who spoke one or the other language perfectly.

The staff is helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is the best we've had in Uzbekistan: plenty of choices, freshly made, good quality. Every day additional free drinking water bottles. All our requests (change of bed linen, luggage storage, late check-out) were handled perfectly. Value for money is fantastic. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable.

Cost of pick-up service seemed over-priced so we denied the offer. Carpet in hotel rooms are always a thing...how can you clean them properly?

Food and facilities were excellent, the staff was very accommodating. I arrived at 4:00am after 55 hours of Traveling, and they went out of their way to make a breakfast early as I hadn't eaten since Germany. They have a quaint but fully functional and clean gym. The pool area is clean, warm and inviting. Breakfast was the only meal eaten there and excellent.

It's an excellent value, nothing to complain about.

The place was simply amazing. The Spa has many options and great masseuses, the breakfast is fresh and good quality, the hotel is near a metro station. Also, the staff was so helpful! They booked taxis for us, and even arranged the train connection from Tashkent to Samarqand!!! They printed the ticket and a metro map for us. We have never received such a service.

The carpet on the 3 floor had a stain and that could be removed. Also replace plastic plants with real ones, it will make the hotel more attractive!!

Very new hotel, very good located close to metro station and sightseeingplaces, market (walkingdistance). Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Little pool and sauna. Very good breakfast. Rooms are big and with nice bathrooms. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch, dinner (very helpful). Their traveling service is very good. They have airport and trainstation transfer. I just loved this place!

It is a bit smelling in the bathroom (no window) - but very clean
