The apartment was stylishly furnished with all the necessary goodies (fixes and fittings) that the one needs. The bed was very comfortable. Bed was making and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was perfect: 10 out of 10 with a big variety of ingredients and cooked stuff. Everything was freshly cooked; Cannot ask for any better. Staff is very polite, speaks English. The live music was playing during breakfast. Perfect! Location is perfect - right in the centre, but in the pedestrian area; no noise of the roads. The biggest park is in your front door. The staff is very polite, helpful and respectful. The receptionist stands up every time when you approach the reception and ask them something.

Nothing to say - I liked everything.

The apartment is spacious, it didn’t feel crowded with the additional bed we needed. It’s very clean, modern, pleasant to the eye, and has everything a family would need. The staff whether in the room service or in the Holiday Inn breakfast buffet are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the staff in the reception are extremely professional and very helpful around the clock; the chick-in and the check-out went very smoothly though both were after midnight. They also helped us getting taxis to any destination we wanted and helped us getting taxis back to the hotel. They also speak good English which made the communication very easy during our stay. The breakfast buffet is so good and diverse. Finally, the location can’t get any better. The Boulevard is such a fun and safe place to be around even late at night. Plenty of beautiful scenery and amazing restaurants and cafes. It’s also a few steps to a nice park and a new beautiful shopping mall.

The A.C. Need to be colder. We came during summer and though we set it to the coldest temperature, yet we felt it wasn’t cold enough.

The Apart Hotel Istaravshan is in a great location, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It is only a short walk to Tashkent City Park, which is really nice to walk around, and Tashkent City Mall, which has lots of shops and more places to eat. It is also really close to the Metro Station, which we used a few times – definitely worth checking out since the metro stations are really beautiful and need to be seen! After walking around different parts of Tashkent, I honestly don’t think there is a better location to stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful – they stored our luggage before check-in and went out of their way to help set me up with an Uzbek SIM card so I could use the local taxi app. Breakfast was at the Holiday Inn next door, and you could get there through internal corridors – so you don’t have to step outside! The breakfast setting was incredible, with live musicians playing traditional Uzbek music and a beautiful outdoor terrace. There was so much choice for breakfast, including an egg station where they cooked omelettes and eggs to your liking. Once again, the staff and service were outstanding. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent!

The apart hotel in Tashkent was incredibly spacious and centrally located. It is tricky to find at first but helpful staff of a nearby restuarant guided us there. The matresses and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very well equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was based in the Holiday Inn which is connected. The breakfast has live music and was incredible in terms of choice and scale. There is a push to pay by cash (but the card machine does work!). The location is excellent and it is very easy to get around by Yandex or metro. I would highly recommend staying here.

- Brand new facilities, everything is fresh, you can even smell the new furniture. - Location is on the 7th (last) floor of the building right on the conner of modern city park and close to two large malls, still in a very quiet place aside from the roads. - Wide variety of food for breakfast. - Daily cleaning, bed/towels change.

- The shower door was a bit bended so the water easily came out to the floor. - It was too hot (in a winter time), air conditioner didn’t really make it cooler, window opening helped. - There was a renovation on the hall and around the building, a bit difficult to get in/out plus some specific smell.

Everything is perfect. Located at the prime area in Tashkent downtown, where you can just walk to Tashkent City Mall and Magic City. The hotel is just in front of Tashkent City Park and was very happening during the New Year holidays. The room is apartment style and pretty spacious with sufficient facilities like kitchen appliances and washing machine. All the staff speak good English and always willing to help. One of the staff had got us the washing detergent. They even call the taxi (from Yandex Go) for you, and you just need to go to the basement directly using the elevator to get on the ride. The delicious breakfast was served at the Holiday Inn restaurant, and it was very convenient because they shared the same building.

My wife and I stayed here in mid-September, 2024. These are spacious, modern, clean apartments. The building is in a newer development call Tashkent City which is a mix of apartments, office buildings, shops, and a large park. There are guarded, gate entrances to the district and it is also a very safe area. The Metro is a 5-minute walk and Yandex taxis are very cheap. There is a multi-story mall with a large supermarket across the park, about a 5-10 minute walk away. These apartments are on the backside of the same building the Holiday Inn is in. Just take a taxi to the Holiday Inn and it's a 3-minute walk to the Apartment Hotel entrance. In the entrance lobby there is a 24/7 reception and a local bank ATM. All reception staff speak English, and most cleaning staff speak English too. In our apartment the bed was comfortable, and the shower was strong. There are lots of electrical outlets in the apartment. There are three comfortable dining chairs with a table. The kitchen has two sets of dishes. The apartment had a washer but no dryer, just a drying rack (which is common outside of North America). Otherwise, their dry cleaning is expensive. 60,000 UZS (or 4.70 USD) for 1 pair of pants, so we never used it. Breakfast is included and is in the rooftop restaurant at the adjacent Holiday Inn. It would cost 17.25 USD per person otherwise. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with lots of choices. You simply walk through a long, interior hallway to get to that side of the building.

The hotel does NOT accept U.S. credit cards (only European, Asian, and Russian ones). This is probably because American visitors are very rare in Tashkent. Ensure you pay on-line BEFORE arriving to avoid having to use the ATM to pay for your stay at the end, and, verify you are fully paid up BEFORE you go to your room. Luckily they accept US cash.

Very spacious, modern and clean studio apartment with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The bathroom even came with a bathtub. Bed was huge and comfy and since I was doing remote work, I appreciate the office desk/section segregated from the sleeping area. Breakfast was lovely as its provided by Holiday Inn next to it.

Management should advise some of the guests to keep their noise down in the public area. We could hear kids stomping and running along the corridor every morning.

The Apart Hotel is the best place we stayed in Uzbekistan. It is ideally located and spotlessly clean. It had all the facilities we wanted in a studio apartment and had a large balcony in some of our rooms. The breakfast at the Holiday Inn was excellent and the staff at this Apart Hotel were terrific. They went out of their way to order our dinner and also a van to take us to the airport. They were kind enough to even pick up my bags. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Tashkent.

Almost everything - from handling the booking online to check-in, to the property itself (facilities), breakfast, location, etc. Everything was brand new in the room I stayed in - kitchen appliances, furniture, etc. The breakfast arrangement is also nice - the guests are offered breakfast at the Holiday Inn hotel restaurant - so, you get good continental meals in the morning.

The route to the breakfast - guests go through some backdoor instead of main entrance. The restaurant staff showed more hospitality to the Holiday Inn guests than to those from Istaravshan Apart Hotel. Could have been my wrong impression or just a bad day for a restaurant staff at the check-in counter but the moment the staff saw a Holiday Inn guest entering the restaurant area I was left unattended.
