Staff were very friendly & very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Good location to restaurants. Good amenities available in room. Toiletries, air-conditioning, fridge, hair dryer, kettle & bottled water. Lift to floors. Hotel was quiet. I wasn't disturbed by noisy guests.

Mattress very hard & uncomfortable. Not enough tea or coffee & no milk & sugar for tea.. Price on Booking.com did not include 7% tax so was surprised at extra charge.

Near the park and mall. Love the location.

Construction infront and I didn't like that they marked my booking as no show. There was also a confusion upon checkout with payment. Cash only. Day of check in, gave them the full amount on the booking and they charged half only because of a discount. Upon checkout, they charged the other half suddenly. I had to withdraw cash again which costs $10 per withdrawal. I didn't understand the reason they didn't accept the full amount the first payment upon day of check in. Now, they marked my booking as no show. First time I experienced such issues.

The manager who met us at the airport was kind and told us everything we needed. The room is spacious, clean and close to attractions. In the area of the hotel there is a grandiose construction near the river, but this did not affect our rest - it was quiet. At the reception, they kindly tried to help us solve our problems with buying train tickets. Just next to the hotel there is a good restaurant with Korean and Japanese cuisine, we liked the food, decoration and service

Immediately after booking (we indicated that we needed a transfer), the hotel contacted us and we indicated the date and time of arrival, flight number. But just before arrival, we did not contact the hotel, after arrival we had to call the hotel and wait for the transfer. Our colleague did not find the pillows clean (the bed linen was clean, but the pillows had some kind of unpleasant smell). And all of us did not seem to meet the standard breakfast. It seems that there are a lot of things, but for some reason we did not like the dishes, everything was not organized very conveniently (there were no napkins either on the tables or on the serving table).

I needed to get to Tashkent Airport at around midnight. as Art Regency offers a Free Shuttle, and the hotel is a direct South route to my destination, I picked Art Regency. And I’m glad I did! The hotel Rules! Perfect Service! Great Reception! Top Notch for what I was trying to accomplish. Super Clean. Great Room. Top Marks. There is a Japanese Restaurant next door. So good! I live in Switzerland. Where sushi is good, but pricy. Here? Great sushi. So inexpensive!!! Tashkent itself. is so clean it is unbelievable. Cleaner than Geneva. All in All, a Great Stay at Art Regency!

Conveniently situated, 15 minutes' walk to the metro station, supermarket and restaurants nearby, very clean, great shower, good WiFi, absolutely delicious breakfast, and the most supportive and welcoming staff you could imagine. A huge extra star for the young student who always does the night shift. He even went out with me to help me get a sim card. Thank you so much!

Location is perfect. Staffs are good & cooperative.The construction is going on for a nice hang out place just front of the hotel adjacent to the river. Once it is completed, it will be a super place to hang out.

There is no bidet shower in the toilet. Instead of a pot they could install a bidet shower. The bed is absolutely not comfortable. They should change the bed.That was too hard.I was in room 406

receptionist was very friendly and was able to communicate well in English unlike in many other hotels we stayed in.

better if the hotel can offer in house dining options for lunch and dinner. however, the receptionist ordered the dinner from a nearby restaurant and even volunteered to pay as I was late to come to collect the dinner.

Hotel is nice, well decorated. Rooms and bath are big. Breakfast is also good and stuff wonderful (we asked them for help and they did everything). Also very nice and correct free airport pick up! Location is also very good, next to the Next shopping center and close to Magic city.

Too hot in the hotel (in March), maybe they cant regulated this heating. The drain was not working properly.

Our room had a balcony with a view of a canal. Even the ongoing construction didn't disturb our stay. The continental breakfast was excellent, though only with instant coffee. However, overall the selection of food and beverage coupled with the room and facilities was a great value for money

The location is very good and the free taxi service for the airport is a plus. The staff were also very good and helpful.
