Excellent room & facilities.

They don't take debit or credit card for payment. They want cash. This is very inconvenient for business travelers who are using company card for payment and cannot use cash. This needs to made clearer in booking.com as i would not have booked otherwise. Also pool and sauna are an extra cost. This was not clear on description. This is the first time i have ever experienced both these situations.

Not OK to advertise a pool which is then not included in the hotel price (and paid extra). While this is a relatively common practice in the country, it is very unpleasant and not up to international standards

It is hard to express in words how much this one beautiful hotel added to my enjoyment of my trip through Central Asia, and how positively it influenced my opinion of Uzbekistan as a country. It came down to this single factor: the attitude and helpfulness of the young staff members at the reception desk, even though most of them spoke very little English. In the attached photo is seen Comola, Úmida and Sádula, but there were others who went out of their way to be helpful, such as Alókhan, Leyla (who spoke good English), Láizisbik, Siródigin, not to forget the lady who prepared my fabulous, bountiful breakfast downstairs every morning! (The spelling of their names is how they sounded to me; no doubt incorrect!) I should also mention that the hotel has an excellent new gym, including sauna and Turkish bath, which is open any time you need it. Also, there is a large supermarket just a short walk from the hotel. I enjoyed my stay so much that after visiting Samarkand I altered my itinerary and returned to stay at Level Hotel again. It was like a home away from home. I was sad to leave.

Payment conditions for cash could be clearer, & not very convenient for business travelers. Sauna facilities are an extra cost, this is hidden in small print. Could be clearer too. Sometimes noisy in the open central courtyard until late.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Abdullah, in particular, was incredibly helpful and even exchanged my dollars for the local currency to make it easier for me to pay for transportation. The cleanliness of the facilities was also impressive, and I was thoroughly impressed by the delicious breakfast offerings each morning. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

While the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, I did have some minor issues during my stay. Specifically, I was surprised to learn that I had to pay in cash at check-in, which was a bit inconvenient for me. Additionally, while the hotel may be situated in a peaceful area, it is worth noting that just a short walk away, there is a livelier section with more activity. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for those looking for a peaceful retreat, but these minor inconveniences could be improved upon.

The staff is just wonderful. They are helpful, kind and honest and put everything into work to give you the best experience. As an English speaking tourist in Tashkent you feel welcome and taken care of. We could not have had a better start of our holiday in Uzbekistan. The room is large, clean and comfortable and has all modern comforts. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to reach from the airport and walking distance from Restaurants and the city centre (about 20min). Also a 24/7 supermarket nearby!

Nothing much just you cannot control air-conditioning from the room. It's centrally controlled.

A booked for a friend who stayed with us on this trip. She loved the place, breakfast, the quiet neighborhood and helpful personnel.

My friend developed allergy to smth in the carpet so her nights were not very comfortable. This is smth individual and nothing against the hotel. But as a suggestion, it would be great to have a room without carpet for guests with allergies.

This is the place where absolutely everything exceeds your expectations. I expected a modest 3 star accommodation, however on each count it was 4*. Breakfast was especially nice - thanks. Room cozy clean and fine - not big but exactly what I needed. Smiling and laughing young cleaning girls added good mood every day.
