Very good hotel that was really clean, in what felt like a very safe area. The room was also very clean and large with a very comfortable bed, good shower etc. The location was good within 10-15 minutes walk of metro stations and near some decent restaurants and it was only a short and cheap taxi ride to the main attractions if you didn’t want to use the metro. The hotel restaurant and bar were also very good - we ate there on our 1st night and food and drinks were very good quality and the service and staff were also very good. The staff on reception were also very friendly and helpful, and several spoke English so there were no communication issues. The hotel is also next door to a bank/atm and a few minutes walk from a good Ucell phone store that we used (staff there were very friendly and helpful) as the queues for phone sims was very long at the airport. This means that if you use the hotel’s airport arrival transfer service you can skip the queues (and higher sim prices) and get your sim and cash once you're at the hotel. Although we arrived too early for check in they also let us store our bags safely so that we could start exploring the city. Very good value stay and we would definitely use again and recommend.

We are Genius Booking , always traveling!! This hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. Room quiet, dark and large with a sofa armchair and chair and desk. TV large size with Netflix, Youtube and multiple channels. Bathroom modern with overhead and tube showerheads. Shower caps provided, etc. Breakfast full and omelletes, etc on request. They even boiled eggs to my wife's specs! Very helpful staff. There is parking but the local Yandex is perfect. Always ask for Executive car because the price differential is minimal and you get get around Tashkent inexpensively. Huge comfortable bed and ask for softer pillows if that is required. Very helpful staff who go out of their way to help. Will stay again if in the area.

Provide non-dairy milk at breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient — not far from the airport and close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the on-site restaurant was a great bonus. All the staff members were well-trained, professional, and very friendly, which made our experience even better. A special thanks to Asadbek at the reception, who greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided outstanding support throughout our stay. His helpfulness truly made a difference. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

This is a great hotel in a very convenient central location but quiet. You can reach one of the main streets of the city walking with plenty of food choice nearby. The parking is spacious. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The breakfast is with great choice including good coffee. The staff are all very accommodating and nice. The rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable with a big bathroom at a very reasonable price.

The check-in process was rather slow and it took almost 30 min to check-in, not sure how it works if it were more than just us.

A very comfortable place to stay. Good sized room with all the facilities you would from a quality hotel. The reception staff were exceptional, in particular Mokhira, who gave us some very helpful advice on places to visit in Tashkent. Breakfast was also substantial, with a great variety of options and excellent quality.

The only downside was the person who "helped" with the bags, despite my protests, refused to leave the room until he got a tip. When we gave him a small tip he demanded more and wouldn't leave until we paid him what he demanded. A poor start to an otherwise excellent stay.

Great hotel, didn’t even expected! Very clean, rooms in good size, every day it was cleaned without asking for and 2 bottles of drinking water was brought to our room every day. Breakfast exceptionally good! Delighted to stay in this hotel. In the morning from7 am breakfast is ready, delicious with big variety of yogurts, bread, crepes, eggs, hot dishes , local sweets, nuts, dry and fresh fruits. Prior of visiting Areca hotel, we stayed at Hilton suits Carle. Place , but Hilton breakfast was much worse, than a small hotel in Tashkent! Highly recommend the ATECA hotel! Price,food, location, cleanliness everything was Great!

Front desk is very helpful, but still would recommend a stand with brochure in the hall with directions to best place to see :to museums, Tashkent city, Bazaar, theater… For the breakfast time to have a decaffeinated coffee also. Just a jar standing next to boiling water dispenser!

The room was large, clean and quiet, with a big and comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well, despite the summer heat outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening and the portions were huge, definitely worth the price. Breakfast had many good options.

The door to the shower didn't close completely, so a large part of the bathroom flooded when we used the shower. There was a smell of smoke in the room on two of the three evenings, probably because someone was smoking outside our room or close to the ventilation. The room was missing a remote for the tv, we were provided a new remote but the batteries died shortly afterwards.

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I smelled the fresh smell, which made people feel very comfortable. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic and told me the facilities carefully. The room is warm, the air conditioner is cool, and many details are good. There is a rich breakfast from 7am to 10:00 The waiter at check-out is fine. Thank you.

Spacious room and superb facilities and very clean.

Would be better if there are a few English TV channels like news channels.

This is my sixth time staying in this hotel and every time I am coming back with a big pleasure as this venue meets my expectation every time.

This time though the room 407 had some poorer cleaning which was unusual and I reported to the front desk accordingly. The bed also was very noisy, unfortunately the reception could not do anything with it during my stay or change the room as the hotel was fully booked.
