Locàtion, room and toilet

I want to say a huge thank you for the wonderful time spent at The Art Hotel. I had already visited Tashkent before and stayed at the famous first hostel in Uzbekistan, the Art Hostel, but unfortunately (which is expected) there were no places, and they said that in May they opened their branch near the hostel, The Art Hotel. I didn't regret staying at the hotel at all, the same team, the same service, the same human attention, the same solution to all issues, the same feeling that they were waiting only for you. And of course, the opportunity to also use the entire infrastructure of the hostel (swimming pool, recreation area) to communicate with guests from different countries. Many thanks and prosperity to your wonderful hotel and your professional team.

I had doubts about choosing this hotel because of the bad reviews. But I had to book because the hotel where I always book was full. I did not regret staying here. As it turned out, the managers took over this hotel recently. And I was surprised that for such a low price I had a good rest. Decent breakfast, where unusual pink pancakes are served. This is something new. I recommend this hotel, and I'm sure that the bad reviews related to the previous manager.

I liked everything!

The room was very clean and everything feels like new, the breakfast was awesome you need to be there at early as possible to have breakfast some items they will not refill. The receptionist Mr.Izzat was very supportive they helped me to print my travel documents without any extra charge.

While booking the room please make sure that your are booking the room including all the taxes otherwise they will charge you horribly , I found some notice regarding their tax payments it’s look weird.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were a family of 4 and there were 4 beds plus the room size was very big. Worth the money you pay.

Nothing at all

Definitely recommending this hotel as one of the best places to stay. Safe area, excellent team working in the property. We felt like we were at home. Great ambience and environment. The team managing the property are extremely helpful, friendly and reasonable. Highly recoomend!

No wifi in the room

The receptionist was very helpful , the place is great and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good!

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a very spacious room and bathroom, the ac was perfect. The decor outside the room was very nice and artsy, lives up to the name haha.

The only bad thing was that the bed was too hard. That seems to be a common thing around Uzbekistan though.

The rooms are clean and spacious. I especially liked pancakes for breakfast! I connected the SIM card at the reception in a few minutes. The staff was courteous and helped organize a trip to the city of Samarkand.
