The room was very clean and everything feels like new, the breakfast was awesome you need to be there at early as possible to have breakfast some items they will not refill. The receptionist Mr.Izzat was very supportive they helped me to print my travel documents without any extra charge.

While booking the room please make sure that your are booking the room including all the taxes otherwise they will charge you horribly , I found some notice regarding their tax payments it’s look weird.

Definitely recommending this hotel as one of the best places to stay. Safe area, excellent team working in the property. We felt like we were at home. Great ambience and environment. The team managing the property are extremely helpful, friendly and reasonable. Highly recoomend!

Friendly and helpful staff. We had a very spacious room and bathroom, the ac was perfect. The decor outside the room was very nice and artsy, lives up to the name haha.

The only bad thing was that the bed was too hard. That seems to be a common thing around Uzbekistan though.

It’s Good place to stay, not so pricey.

We stayed during winter, Our room is so cold we don’t have heater inside. Also, if you will stay for more than 3days in Uzbek they will ask for additional Tourism Fee even if it’s already mentioned in the booking all taxes are included. So be careful :)

The staff was very helpful, Komil speaks very good English and he made our stay very smooth. He kindly agreed to store our luggage for a few days after we left the hotel while we were visiting other cities. Would recommend.

A sign at the entrance would be helpful (it took some time for our taxi driver to find the hotel)

The property was very clean and spacious. Firm beds but comfy😄 and the air con worked well in cool mode and heating. Nice spread at breakfast time too. Staff were all super friendly as well especially Moussoff.

The property was conveniently located. Near the airport and central location in the city. Room was very quiet.

Amazing personnel, especially the admin Umud who was always available and extremely helpful. Rooms are spacious, AC works well, location is great. The city center is reachable on foot in 15 minutes.

Beds were super hard to sleep on. One set of towels was missing.
