You need to open the front door of the hotel and move beyond the reception to witness its grandeur. It has an enchanting alley that takes you from a regular reception area to a beautiful courtyard on your way to the rooms. A quaint little elevator with stained glass interiors took us to our room on the second level. We enjoyed our stay, thanks to Azamat on their front desk.

The hotel is not in the centre of the happening places in the city. You would need a cab to take you to the different places. The lane outside the hotel seems lonely in the evening.

Breakfast, the bed, and all of the staff, Parvina, Abdumajid, etc were first class. I felt very welcome and happy. The restaurant is superb, the food and breakfasts and choice of detox drinks for heat and other ailments is amazing.

Just two pieces of feedback. I loved the pool, but unfortunately, the masseuse was away on holiday. The only other thing was the air conditioning. It was an old air conditioner which wasn't that powerful and only went down to 17 degrees. I'd love to see more powerful air conditioning which takes the temp down to 16, but that is the only thing I would comment on.

Beautiful quiet and large rooms, perfect cleanliness, quality of bed, beautiful grounds. Very good breakfast and very good food and drink throughout the day.

Service is a very weak point of this hotel. The staff is not well enough equipped with the language - English. Staff not highly unhelpful to the point of saying amateurish. No greeting, no smile, no proactivity. Sometimes even ignorance - as if the staff were not happy to work here and every tourist really got on their nerves a lot. It was frustrating. The only staff that were classy were the very helpful and helpful cleaners.

Almost Everything. The breakfasr, the bed, wifi, sauna and swimming pool. The staff are super polite and helpful, all of them speaks english and ready to help. The decor of the room and hotel was so beautiful. The room and bathroom had floor heating and i loved it, it was soo cozy that it was hard to leave the bed in the morning. Would love to stay here again and recommend everyone.

The only criticism i have is the size of the room. I was expecting a bit bigger but hey, for this price maybe i was expecting too much. Location was good for me as i was uaing Taxi. If someone wants to use metro for daily commute than this is not a place for him/her.

We would rate our stay as *****. In order to get an authentic Uzbek flavor, we chose the hotel and with no suprise it was upto the expectation. Live music with grand breakfast gets served, light music is a cherry on the cake while having breakfast :-) All the staff are very helpful and in anytime of the day or night. Nozim, Parveen and Khnodamir whom we had interacted with at the front desk were at their BEST in helping us for our day planning, THANK YOU GUYS for your kindness and generosity.

A little away from the center and closest metro, with a kid is not walkable. Taxi is always required to commute. Property should keep umbrella's for guests in case required.

Great location, clean rooms good swimming pool

I am still solving my payment and invoice issues with hotel: Since i arrived i asked for payment and invoice (because i was checking out early morning), to which i was repeatedly told to do it later. So the result is that i was bulled incorrectly and had to figure out how to make a payment for an uncounted night after I already left the country. So now i don’t k ow how can i get my corrected invoice on top of the fact that i had yo solve that issue caused by mistake of staff while i was changing countries which was really inconvenient.

Excellent location with quality restaurants nearby. Also close to public transport. The staff were very helpful. It has the largest gym I have seen in a hotel (maybe a judo training facility?). Live music at breakfast and good range of food choices. The outdoor pool was empty (repairs being undertaken in preparation for summer) but there is a really nice indoor pool. Highly recommend the Turkish restaurant nearby!

We stayed in a king room. The image online showed lots of space around the bed and two bedside tables. Or bed was in an alcove and could only accommodate one bedside table.

The staff are very helpful and very polite. The room was nice and very comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of options and also live music, which was very enjoyable. There is a park nearby, some coffee shops and places to eat near by and it's in a quite area.

We picked the place because of the swimming pool and we were very disappointed when we found that that, despite of having more than 30 degrees when we were there and the last few weeks prior to our arrival, the pool was not yet operating. It would have made such a difference, we picked this place to enjoy our first two days to relax around the pool.

Hotel style and design is amazing. Breakfast is very nice, live music is amasing feature. Room is huge, especially living room. Bathroom and bed. Two swimming pools are comfortable to experience. Personnel is very helpful. Location is almost perfect, meaning the quite developped infra of neighborhood, but still you're away about 250 meters from park or Rustaveli street inside quarters.

Few small things. Large territory means not only calmliness and comfort, but you have to go reach restaurant through the open air, so your conviniens is sligtly depend on weather outside. The sofa in the room demands cleaning. The bath (jacuzzi) wasn't clean enough to tale it. Lamps inside the room have different type and color temperature.
