Very nice modern hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

Overall experience was great. I felt the young lady staff member who checked us in was rude. We came as a big family with 9 adults and 4 toddlers under the age of 4 so check in took a while as 5 rooms were booked. When the staff member was speaking, she was speaking in a very angry tone and was not polite. The hotel has no lift; we had rooms booked on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Thankfully the hotel staff took our luggage up and down the stairs.

The hotel had all amenities as advertised and in a quiet neighborhood. Taxi to and fro the main tourist attraction was around 1 to 2 USD only. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was good. Breakfast had decent options. Air conditioning unit was very quiet. The staff spoke good English and was easy to communicate with.

The rooms were clean. The staff were super helpful. They helped us in a late night check in. They have a decent breakfast. Comfortable and spacious rooms with good WiFi, hot water, laundry facility, and a good view. We rebooked the place when we came back from Samarkand

Slightly away, 2km, from the main market. But cabs are always available. The metro is 1.5km away. We walked to the metro most of the day.

It was good hotel But very far from downtown Breakfast was good, but you should be there early If you would go for breakfast, between 9:30 and 10:00 There wouldn't be anything food left. and also no elevator.

A large room with a comfortable bed.

It's just that they don't clean the room every day and did not change the towels for three days. But I really like the idea of printing the map on special paper; I will laminate it and display it. Thank you for that, it looks like a souvenir.

I liked almost everything about this place. It is in a very good place, it is very clean, the rooms are so comfortable. There is a floor heating even in the bathroom. Just Perfect.
