My partner and I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The room was comfortable and very clean, the bed was also very comfortable and we had a good night sleep. The hotel and the rooms has very new furniture and modern design which adds to the experience. We managed to check in a bit earlier as the room was available, paid cash and had a good rest. The breakfast was also good, with a wide choice of savory and sweet options. I also ordered food in my room for dinner and it was served very fast and it was delicious.

The toilet flush was making a loud noise which was a bit annoying but since we only stayed 1 night we didn't mention it to the reception. Also keep in mind that the restaurant where you have breakfast is downstairs with no view outside. It wasn't a problem for us for 1 night though.

There are mixed reviews on the staff which we didn’t understand until our second stay. Your experience at the front desk REALLY depends on the person who happens to be there when you check in. It ranges from excellent to downright rude.

The Art Delux Hotel in Tashkent is truly exceptional for its price range and can even be compared favorably with more luxurious hotels at the same level. I have stayed here several times and have always been impressed by the hospitality and kindness of the reception staff. They are extremely helpful with all inquiries, including recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast offered is exceptional both in variety and taste. The rooms are consistently clean and sufficiently comfortable for a delightful weekend in Tashkent. Additionally, the location is excellent as it is situated downtown and close to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. Overall, I am very pleased with my experiences at this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The receptionist was very friendly. He greeted us with a smile each time we came into the door. Even when we left at 3:30 in the morning for the airport, he was there with take out breakfast boxes for us. We only mentioned the breakfast boxes to him briefly at check in but he had them all ready for our departure. The view from the window wasn't so great, but the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The description of the property said that airport shuttle was one of the features, but it didn't say that it wasn't included with the price. We got a Yandex taxi to the airport instead.

A clean, modern hotel. Good breakfast with lots of choice. It was a good place to end a trip across various countries and mainly using guest houses. Compared to them, this felt like it had less character and could have been anywhere in the world, but it was good.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful. The walls are quite thin and I could hear noise from the TV in nearby rooms. It's not that close to the centre, so be prepared to walk a bit. It was okay for me, as I just needed somewhere to sleep before getting a flight the next day. Only a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport.

The wonderful buffet breakfast, many choices, hot chicken noodle soup, cooked vegetables, fresh veggies and fruits, like figs, watermelon, other melons,so sweet . There are Turkish deserts, all satisfied my stomach. Most staffs are very nice, polite.

For hotel payment I feel the setting is problematic, it keep let your credit cards errors out, ask pin. Finally I used my debt card, it immediately pass even without asking PIN code. My credit card used in restaurants, buy museum tickets all went through well.

I like the cleanliness of the facility. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.

The food selection for menu at the restaurant is very limited. The bed is firm and it doesn't have the proper beddings setup. On top of the mattress is a thin duvet with four garter on the side to clasp on the mattress but it doesn't stay on place it always slip off, we fixed the bed 4 to 5 times a day because of this. they keep also insisting for me to pay in cash they don't want to accept credit card as much as possible.

Excellent location, near to the airport, metro, main roads, supermarkets, comfortable rooms, spacious, equipped, amazing stuff, welcoming and warm, good breakfasts, everyone would find something to indulge himself, it was my second visit there!

The mirrors, all the surfaces, floor, bathroom, towels everything was tidy and clean. There was a spotted bathrobe, which slightly spoiled the impression, minor mistake, i suppose, that could be easily eradicated)

The hotel is conveniently located. The location is quiet, which is great. Metro is some 20 minutes by foot. The rooms has been refurbished recently so they look brand new; the shower works well. There is everything a man on a business trip needs at the breakfast. You can order fried eggs or omelette at no additional cost. The staff is very friendly and is always eager to help. So, really recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel that was value for the money paid. Prepared a box breakfast for us because we left too early in the morning for the regular one. Not too far from the airport, so it was a quick taxi ride to catch our flight (a reason we chose this hotel).

First room had defective air conditioning (28C in the room). When I complained I was advised someone would look at it in the morning. Given the temperature of the room and that we were only staying one night, I said that wouldn't do. The staff then found another room (upgrade in fact) where a/c was working properly.
