We checked in late evening, and got settled in a triple bed room initially. Next morning, staff member Rustam kindly helped us get the room we booked and hoped to get - two twin beds with a balcony and view to the street to get the morning sunshine in. Moving was quick and easy. Rahmat! Enjoyed buffet breakfast. It was rather calm and quiet too. Bathroom, beds, linens and towels and bathrobes were crispy clean. There were toiletries, hairdryer, tea, coffee, water.

Floors were a little sticky, and socks got dirty, but that's why room comes with slippers😊

Great location and overall clean...except for an issue. Good facilities for tea, coffee etc, lovely touch with fresh tea leaves, tray of choices etc. I did not stay all night as it was just a quick hotel before leaving early hours to airport.

As all my stuff was packed I thought I would use the complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush. On closer inspection, I found they had already been used - both boxes. It's unfortunate as the room was spotless, but this and the cleanliness of the toilet let it down.

new and clean hotel, well maintained, staff was very helpful and considerate, i arrived a bit ahead of the check-in hours, they had one room available and let me check in right away, so grateful after a long exhausting overnight flight with little sleep. staff helped me by calling a Yandex taxi for my ride back to the airport on the check-out day, practical and professional. reception staff spoke good English.

the cutest hotel in the cutest place! Everybody now “Ivleva”. Like a Soho. Gallery, restaurants, bars, shopping. But hotel in very silent street. The best combination. Good staff. Very comfortable to stay.

The hotel is spacious and new. Location is convenient..within a few minutes walk to the main swanky Mirobod district, yet nestled on a quiet street with plenty of international cuisine and cafes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Mattresses are too firm. But these are the most common in many hotels here.

Everything is clean. Comfortable. Easy to reach by car. Price is really good for such condition. People in reception were so kind and helpful. Everything was pretty in high quality except breakfast

I like the room, the cleanliness and the scent. It has a fridge, kettle and provisions for tea and coffee.

The AC is not that cold...I even asked help from the reception.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right across the street there is Human House boutique-gallery, where you can buy souvenirs.

It would be nice to have curtains on the windows. Hard to sleep with the morning sunshine.

Small comfortable hotel close to city center. Excellent price/quality ratio. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast appears different day to day. Can recommend without hesitation.
