The staff was amazing! Always willing to help and support with everything, Ozod was super hospitable and welcoming. The room was quite spacious, the water pressure in the shower was perfect and there was always hot water available. Breakfast was ok. And I found the room really clean. Nearby is a super market and nice restaurants.

The walls are not sound proof and that was an issue for me as I could hear loud guests coming back late at night or leaving early in the morning. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Still I would be back, the plus points are so many more and the staff makes up for the lil shortcomings

Everything everything everything I am a solo traveler I never met so humble people ever in my life. The staff was so amazing. They are so helpful and so kind they were like just too good. I didn’t met even people like them. The receptionist guys are so good and so helpful for everything. I am really happy with the staff and reception people. Breakfast was good staff was motivated spirited and guided on every step.They were ready to help on every step.The price was affordable. Took a tour from hotel and it was marvelous for Amir soy. Overall all staff was welcoming. They guided us about little detail of food travel by bus train booking train etc

It was exceptional but there is room for improvement in breakfast timing. One can ignore their little mistakes as they were mostly students found them hard working and motivated workers working to boost tourism.

I had a wonderful experience at Shosh Boutique Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the atmosphere felt both luxurious and cozy. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tashkent! 😊❤️

Location. Hotel paid for our taxi to airport. Thank you! Price was very good.

On arriving we found stain on bed sheet, but staff changed it. No toilet paper (gave as later).Very, very hot in room- heating was not adjustable. This is not a high end hotel, but for that kind of price, we did not expect a lot.

Their location is good. It's quiet. You can walk around. It is near restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. The staff are very accommodating. We can use their dining room for late dinner.

The kettle in our room is not clean. There are coffee and tea stains.

The staff helped us check in early. The stay doesn't have an elevator, so it's a problem if you have a big luggage. We are vegetarians so the breakfast was ok. Overall a good stay.

The location is great. Quiet street but close enough to the main street with restaurants etc. Very helpful guys at the reception speaking some English. Kettle in the room, toiletries provided.

Breakfast could be a bit better. Too many sweets, not enough choices of fresh bread, fruits etc. If you come later, there is almost nothing fresh left to eat.

Great location, excellent staff on reception, they are very helpful and professional. The breakfast however was not very good; we arrived at 9am and there was very little left and it was not replenished
