I recently stayed at Stylo Residence and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to Mr. Shakhjakhan at the front office. From the moment we arrived, he was there to greet us with a warm smile and unparalleled hospitality. Mr. Shakhjakhan went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. He provided invaluable guidance on exploring the city, the best places to eat, and how to navigate local transportation. His recommendations for cabs and local eateries were spot on, adding so much value to our stay. His dedication and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of throughout our trip. The level of service he provided truly set Stylo Residence apart. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, thanks in large part to the exceptional care and service provided by Mr. Shakhjakhan. We look forward to returning!

Overall, our stay was excellent! The front desk staff were very friendly and had a smile on their face 24/7:). The cleaning ladies were very friendly as well. The location is excellent withing a walking distance to the restaurants, grocery stores and main market. We will definitely stay at this residence style hotel again. I absolutely recommend this place and I think the concept is very well thought. A special thanks to Javlon who went beyond and above to help us!

The mattresses were firm:(. It would be great to have a small tea pot, sponge and kitchen towels. We had a very noisy neighbors upstairs who kept us up until 3 am but after our conversation with front desk, they stopped. The issue was resolved.

The staff at this place were amazing. It is hard to pick anyone out but Iroda, Durdona and Djamshid at breakfast were so lovely and welcoming, and the reception staff were always super helpful and kind. Special thanks to Javlon who liaised with us after we landed. What a lovely bunch of people work here! The location was also pretty good and we were able to walk to the places we wanted to be, including the metro station which was well connected.

The only complaint really is that the apartment is meant to be suitable for self catering but there was minimal basic equipment for this, despite a huge fridge and freezer, oven and hob. No chopping board, for example, and no serving dishes or similar. The worst thing was not providing washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets - if you are trying to attract international travellers it is unlikely they will be carrying these things, and it is wasteful to go and buy a big bottle, which we didn't want to have to take onward with us. Such basics ought to be provided, especially for the price here.

The junior suite was a good size, we felt very comfortable in the room from the beginning. The hotel accommodated our separate check in times and were very helpful. You can pay for the booking by card at the hotel which seems to be rare for other Uzbekistan hotels. The room itself has a spacious balcony. There are people working on a building site nearby but there is little noise from there. We only stayed a short time so we didn't get a chance to go to the top floor with the terrace. It's 4.5km to the airport. The kitchen is well equipped

The property was beautifully designed, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Overall, the stay was excellent, but having more on-site facilities or dining options could further enhance the experience.

Amazing apartment with lots of space- felt exceptionally comfortable and luxurious. Could easily have stayed for an extended time given the facilities which allowed us to make meals, etc when not eating out. Good location. Very clean.

Initially the person who checked us in couldn’t find the key and so we had to get a cleaner to let us in and out until later that day. Only one key so when we split up we couldn’t each take keys .

Very modern hotel, in the heart of a posh neighborhood in Tashkent. Very good range of restaurants in and around the hotel. Only a 10-15min walk from the nearest metro station. Helpful staff members and great amenities. For groups of travellers I would recommend the family room that we got, which included a kitchen, washing machine, beds for 4-5 people, drying rack, iron, 2 toilets.

The hotel was amazing! I stayed in a spacious flat that had a separate bedroom, dining area, open kitchen, and a cozy living room with a balcony. Everything was perfect and well-maintained. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was just okay—nothing special, as it was similar to the standard breakfast most hotels offer.

Lovely large apartment, comfortable couch and bed. Well stocked kitchen for easy meal prep. Loved the spacious , hot shower. Excellent location; upscale neighborhood with shops, bazaar, restaurants etc in walking distance. Nice rooftop restaurant and breakfast. Very clean! Friendly staff.

Our stay at STYLO Resident & SSuites was excellent. The staff was incredibly good, always attentive and helpful. The place was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a long stay in Tashkent.

They didn't have TV channels and a restaurant for lunch and dinner.
