The location of the hotel was perfect, it seemed everything I needed was within 5km radius and using the yango taxi app made life very easy. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful, a real credit to the place. I feel in love with the chicken club sandwich when I was there and the food came in great time, I was never waiting too long for my food.

No beer at the bar :) But the hotel is really cool about you bringing in bottles and having them in your room, there's two great bottle stores about 400 meters from the hotel. The gym is a bit small, but the pool is very nice.

Property is brand new and in very good condition. Breakfast was very good. Location is perfect for central train station and airport but also close to metro and attractions.

Staff at reception can be a bit unsmiling and we had a bit of an argument. We wanted to check in at 1pm and the room was ready and they wanted us to hang around the lobby because this is what ‘big manager’ (literally) wants. It’s mainly inexperience more than anything else

Hotel is new and nicely decorated. It seems like a good location as far as central and close to the airport and public transportation. One particular staff at the front desk (attractive young lady with long dark silky hair) tried especially hard to help us through a few travel dilemmas even though we did not speak Uzbek and she had limited English. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices/options although I would have liked more fresh fruit options. Maybe it was just time of year (April)

Air conditioning/thermostat did not seem to work well... not very cooling despite being there in moderate temps (April). Hope it is better for guests when it is really hot!

I found the hotel to have a fresh feel to it with a good breakfast. The location worked very well as it was close to the airport, intercity train station and the city landmarks (one gorgeous landmark of the city is right opposite the hotel). So all my commutes to catch early morning flights and returning from late night trains were smooth. The staff members were courteous and helpful. Overall, a positive experience with the hotel.

The communication on booking.com was slow and the messages from the front desk to the room service were delayed on a few occasions. It could be that the hotel is short staffed during the peak season I travelled in.

Nice and quite modern hotel, not far from the center and in walking distance to several metro stations. There is also a sauna and swimming pool with whirlpool, but the water was rather on the colder side (which is ok for swimming, not so much for the whirlpool though) The rooms, and especially beds were very comfortable.

We stayed on 2 occasions. The first time, we got a room on the second floor and the water in the shower was not getting any warm and wifi was not working at all in the room. The second time, we did not have a problem with any of these but there was only one towel and one bathrobe in the room for 2 people. Although we asked for another one at the reception, no one brought it in the end. So, can be a bit disorganized.

Spacious room and comfy

The heating in the room was not working. It was cold inside despite requesting multiple times to fix it, nothing was done. They tried to charge me for an extra breakfast! Although I have paid in advance for breakfast, every morning I was questioned about breakfast as if I am trying to sneak into breakfast, a comment was given to the receptionist but nothing changed in the next few days!

The hotel was in a very near to alot of requirements, very friendly staff, the room was very comfortable. the breakfast was excellent with varities

There was difficulty of the language, the staff didnt speak english and communication with them was at time difficult

Large, comfortable, well-appointed room with a view of the Orthodox cathedral. Good location near the train station (I had to catch an early-morning train). Outstanding breakfast that was available early in the morning.

Some street noise (construction) the day I was there.

New, well designed and organized facility. Well located close to main marketplace, as well as popular area for dining, shopping and meetings. Friendly and helping staff as usual in this part of the world...

Cannot think of something that should be expected to be better in this category of hotels.

Helpful, kind personnel, very good breakfast, very good location, new clean hotel. Compare to others so called 4-stars hotels in Tashkent this one is a best so far.

Air conditioning didn't went below 24c. Gym needs benches. There are dumbbells but wo bench they are a bit useless. Room cleaning starts from 16-17.00 which is late.
