The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained, the room size was comfortable, private, big bed, nice bathroom, air conditioner, tv, tea/coffee, water in the room each day, working fridge, wardrobe - all as promised. The hotel also has off-street parking which was really helpful for us. The staff here are lovely - all of them were helpful and very professional - it was a pleasure to deal with them and allowed us to feel safe and comfortable during our stay. The breakfast is as expected in this type of hotel, fruits, cereals, cold cuts and cheeses, with the hotbox extras varied each day. There was also a choice of coffee / tea and eggs your way, which was appreciated. I am happy to recommend this hotel as a good place to stay for business or tourists - it is a short walk / taxi to see various city sights - the quality of the place, the staff and service make this great value and we will stay again when passing through Tashkent next time.

We had hoped the onsite restaurant would be open for dinner or drinks but it only does breakfast. There are not many other dining options nearby within walking distance, but there is a supermarket, somsa, wine shop and a couple of restaurants a bit further down the road. This is not a major fault, but it would make this a really desirable place to stay.

The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the Central Railway Station (note that there are two stations in Tashkent, so make sure you go to the correct one). The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, with good air conditioning. Soundproof windows ensured a quiet stay. The room had adequate lighting. There was a kettle, bottled water, tea, instant coffee, and sugar provided. My room had a connecting door to the adjacent one, making it suitable for a large family — though it’s worth noting that such rooms have increased sound permeability. A continental breakfast is included in the room rate. I definitely recommend this place for travelers who have a morning train departing from the Central Railway Station.

The refrigerator was plugged in but wasn’t cooling. However, this wasn’t an issue for me as I didn’t use it. The kettle's lid was broken, but it still functioned properly.

We loved how clean and spacious the rooms were. The staff was very kind and helpful. We even got upgraded one of the nights we stayed there! The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options, which included omelets, cheeses, and lots of fresh fruit! The hotel was located just a short drive from the airport (they offered us a one-way pick up from the airport) and a short walk to the railroad station and metro.

The fridge was not working, which for us was not the biggest issue but something worth noting. The front desk was extremely helpful and offered us their fridge downstairs to keep things cool.

Perfectly sized room with a balcony. Clean and quiet, internet worked well. The staff was exceptionally friendly. AC was adequate, it was close to 40 degrees outside. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for the money. I would stay there again without any hesitation. They offer a free one-way airport transfer - it was perfect.

Almost everything was perfect - there was no restaurant in the house but plenty of eating options close by. Maybe a bit far from the center but as I was there on business it did not matter. Public transportation is available and taxis are cheap.

It is in a very convenient location: it's withing walking distance to the train station and close to the airport. Even though we had to leave in the middle of the night, they organised a free taxi ride for us to get to the airport. The room was big and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, thank you!

The hotel was a bit dark, it looked brighter on the pictures. There was no automatic lighting in the corridors: I don't know where we would have needed to turn the lights on in the corridors, so we had to use our phones to find our room. The fridge didn't seem to cool properly.

I unexpectedly got a top floor room with balcony, it was great so I was able to relax at the table viewing sunset with cool air in the evening. Room was quiet and clean, so bathroom was. It worked perfectly to me. Staff were kind and friendly. I didn't have a chance to get a breakfast since I had to leave early to catch my train, unable to comment about it. Location was good for the Tashkent railway station. They complementally provided one way transfer service to/from the international airport.

Refrigerator in the room was not working fine, water bottle I put in was not chilled enough.

I arrived late due to flight schedule, but the hotel has arranged airport transfer for me and as soon as I left the airport security, I saw my name on a sign and was immediately guided to a cab to the hotel, the cost of which is included in the room price! The location is also great, only 10 mins from the main train station, and the hotel keeps my luggage until my train departure time.

There is no bath in the room, only shower. The door lock did not work well for me in spite of a number of attempt, maybe only my room. The breakfast is so-so.

Staff were amazing, easy check-in and check-out. It was our first day in Uzbekistan and the staff kindly gave us tips and informed us about the local taxi app to ensure we don't get over charged. They were extremely kind and tentative. Our room was immaculately clean and had all the facilities we needed. Due to jetlag we took a nap and slept peacefully before heading out into the city, (the bed was very comfortable). We requested an iron which was brought up to us in no time at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very helpful staff, they even showed us where to shop and where to eat. Free airport pickup. Easy walk to the train station and only 15 minutes ride to the airport. Squeaky clean bathroom, warm room and nice smelling hotel overall.

We stayed 3 times here during our trip. On one of our stays, we found some food in the refrigerator, maybe from the previous guest? I hope the cleaning staff would check the room more thoroughly, because we really liked the hotel.
