The room was very clean and modern. I liked that they used key card instead of the traditional 🔑 which sometimes is harder to use if the door/key is old and not maintained. The toilet was very clean and that was my favorite thing about Loft Hotel. The location was also perfect and the wifi was good. Overall great value because it already includes breakfast.

They seem to have a scheduled block out because every 12PM we would lose electricity. It wasn't bad tho but if you work remotely this can affect your work. It can get noisy sometimes coz it was right on the main road.

Super nice hotel! The perfect place from which to explore Tashkent The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them.Room clean and very comfortable, great air conditioning room, speedy wifi,  plenty of electric sockets to charge our devices. Great TV and really excellent hot shower and of course fantastic breakfasts! Me and my kids would surely choose it again next time we visit Tashkent.  Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Good value for the money, very close to the airport. The staff is great and breakfast is better than other hotels in the country where we stayed. The room is new and modern and the bathroom is very well designed, with plenty of space to put your toiletries and towels.

It's quite noisy. The window is facing a busy boulevard and you can hear all the traffic. Also, our room was close to the reception and we could hear every conversation in the lobby and people coming in and out of the hotel.

Close to the airport, and staff are very friendly accommodating specially Abbas who have help us to book a car going to Amirsoy

Breakfast was good. The location is nice. Competitive pricing.

We had issues with daily room cleaning, even after putting the board clean the room in morning, they were not cleaning even if we arrived around 13to 14 hrs and we needed to stay outside when we requested them again to clean the room. It happened 3 times. There was a 6 hour power failure with no internet and there was no backup or prior intimation. When power came, there was no hot water that evening and night too. We did not get towels one day after cleaning, multiple requests we got a couple of small towels and were told that they give bath ones after one hour. One hour, two hours passed, we asked again then they said towels are wet they will give in the morning. In the morning we got the towels which were partially wet. The same day, they did not keep the toilet paper/tissue roll. But I had to mention, some youngsters looking after the reception are handling things well. Whereas, few others look like they don't care much for the customer genuine grievances.

The location close to the airport and near the central railway station. Very good and varied breakfast.The staff is polite and knows English and Russian languages very well.

There was some problems with hot water suppling, but then they fixed it. Poor breakfast. The day of checking in, the room was dirty, then they clean it up.
