I liked the room it's very clean and tidy and the service was really good

The hotel room was on the ground level so i didn't have much view and plus the location wasn't that good because alot of taxis are having trouble finding the hotel

My room was exceptionally comfortable, boasting modern amenities, a plush bed, and immaculate cleanliness. Dining at the hotel was a treat, with a variety of delicious options that catered well to both local and international tastes. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, featuring a wide range of fresh, quality ingredients to start the day right. The hotel’s facilities, including the serene outdoor area, were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Green Park Hotel in Tashkent. I have to say that its good location and serene atmosphere made my stay delightful. I need to point out the variety of options they offered left me spoiled for choice. From freshly baked pastries to deliciously cooked eggs, they truly know how to start your day on the right note. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation of the food were top-notch. The staff at the breakfast room was always friendly and attentive, ensuring that every guest had a pleasant dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the wide selection of fresh fruits and juices that were available. However, I believe that to make the stay even more enjoyable, Green Park Hotel should consider installing a coffee machine. While they did offer an instant coffee at breakfast, having a machine would give guests the convenience of having a hot cup of coffee every morning they desire. Overall, I highly recommend Green Park Hotel for their amazing location. With the addition of a coffee machine, it would certainly enhance the overall stay and make it an even more memorable experience.

The hotel has amazing staff that are very friendly and helpful. They assisted me upon arrival with so much courtesy and warmth. They showed me my room and when I got there, to my surprise I had a room upgrade. I found a welcome note as I got there, the room was soon clean with sufficient space, welcome fruits and water. Robes, slippers and toiletries. 24hr client and restaurant service. When my partner arrived at midnight, we were helped with the bags up to the room. Spacious shower. Unfortunately I was not hungry Saturday night so I only tried out their soup from the restaurant which was out of this world. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, we wanted to eat everything but the tummies could not allow 🤣🤣 Check in and checkout was easy and flawless. The bonus is that all staff are proficient English speakers so it makes it easy to ask for help and communicate. The garden is amazing. Nice chilled environment where one can sit, shut out the world and reflect.

On the information about the hotel it said that they offer bike rides and when we got there there were no bikes when we asked about this. So maybe the hotel can remove that information from the information about the hotel so that we do not expect to have bike rides an an activity while there when infact, there are no bike rides.

Their service is very good. This hotel has a very comfortable location. Everything is very good for me. I will come again.

Spacious rooms with good gardens or private soround view, friendly atmosphere, friendly helpful staff. I liked the location, which is quiet and in a non business busy area, not very far from the city centre. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

I liked and enjoyed my stay, but the restaurant needs improvement, especially at peak breakfast time, but it was OK.

The hotel is in a very good and quite location so it feels peaceful after your long day. It is very near to airport. The staff here is EXTRA helpful and very good. Though they have a wide range of breakfast but as I am a vegetarian so they arranged a sandwich for me everyday. They also helped us to book taxis and talk to the drivers when needed. Check-in check-out formalities were very easy too.

I stayed in a suite room, it was an amicable, sound-designed room, TV was good because there are youtube and Netflix, very clean, and worm because it was winter.

The breakfast was very ordinary, there must be more and different things for foreigners. And the most important is that after breakfast, the restaurant will be closed, you cannot order something in your room, or if you arrived at the hotel afternoon, you will stay hungry. For a such kind of hotel as 4 stars, it is the missing point.

The only thing I wish the room had is a microwave oven and iron facilities. However, you are free to use the microwave in the restaurant and request the iron facilities at the reception.

New hotel, with the fresh rooms. All arougn the hotel there is a green gazon , and trees. Tasheknt being a hot city during summer, having a such green arround really makes you relax and confortable. The staff is very helpfull, gentle and nice. I have tried 5 differrnt hotels in Tashent, but the Green Park is my favorite now.!
