We had a great stay. Comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast! And super friendly and helpful staff.

The spa area needs more privacy. Needs to be separated from the remaining hallway with guest rooms (maybe just a small room divider). And there should not be any cameras in the hallway leading to the sauna and hammam!

Good value for money. Very good air conditioning. Overall a decent accomodation at reasonable cost. Not a bad location inside a residential street, but no metro around but not a problem to order taxi using Yandex App, taxis are cheap. Shops at a 5-10 minutes walk, depends how fast you walk 😄

No gym. There is no room service menu inside the rooms, room service food quality could be better and worst of all: room service needs cash only. Telephone inside the room 512 was not working during the entire stay and they kept disturbing us trying to fix it but could not fix, because the guys coming had no clue what to do kept trying to do things that did not even made sense to me, was a real bother. Staff hardly speak English. If the owner pays a little more attention to detail and service, this could be really I nice cozy hotel.

Literally amazing hotel ! The best service ever even it’s opened months ago I guess! All employees are so kind and professional! Very tasty breakfast 🥹✨😋 Very clean and modern rooms with nice smell. Also in the room all equipments are available like: ♾️ water,coffee,tea, toothpaste,toothbrush, Location is amazing, as well! I'm surely suggest this hotel to all!

Exceeded my expectation, especially for the price. Staff were excellent and spoke great English. Room was very nice, new, comfortable, and clean. Hotel was busy, but not noisy. Breakfast was excellent, as was the dining area. Location is not near the "sights" but is near plenty of good restaurants and Yandex taxi app will get you anywhere in town for under $2USD. This hotel was really great for the price.

This was my second time staying here and that was b/c of the great experience I had the first time. I LOVED the music playing in the hallways. Super chill - I was surprised to hear songs from Ash, one of my favorite music artists! The staff were AMAZING and super professional. Special shout out to Sarwat, Umidjon, and Jamshid for their incredible hospitality, warmth, smiles, help and treating me like family! They really looked out for me and I appreciate that so much since I was a female traveling solo. And the women in the dining services (during breakfast particularly) were so sweet, inviting and always so kind and smiling! Everyone in this hotel was smiling. Thank you to the manager who sent me the surprise fruit and cookies/juice tray! That was so delightfully heartwarming, and I really appreciate the hotel preparing a to-go breakfast due to my early morning flight. The rooms were super clean, spacious, quiet and modern. Loved the beds, AC and shower. Everything was fantastic. Thank you!!

The phone wasn't working, so this was really inconvenient b/c I'd have to keep going down to reception. And it made me feel a bit uncomfortable b/c if there was an emergency, God forbid, I wouldn't be able to call. That is the only reason why I rated "comfort" as a 9. Otherwise, the room was perfect :)

Great breakfast, big clean room and the majority of staff in reception and all of the restaurant were very kind, as the majority of people of Uzbekistan I had a very good experience with Sarvar who works as a receptionist: he phones me 15mins before our plane take off to tell me about a lost wallet, in fact it belongs to my mom and she didn’t notice the missing. It was impossible to get it back since the plane was taking off, but I suggested to Sarvar to look for someone who will come to Istanbul the next 48h, since we’ll be there. The day after he went to the airport himself and found a lady who accepted to bring the wallet to us. He was so kind to look after this matter and solve this big problem (the wallet contained identification documents, driving license, a debit card and many other important cards). Thanks God we got the wallet back. My mother and me are very grateful to you Sarvar, thank you so much.

A cold receptionist who doesn’t know how to smile, the total opposite of all other hotel staff.. in general, people of this country are very friendly and cheerful, luckily I didn’t meet this person in the beginning of my uzbekistan trip, it would have given me a wrong image of these wonderful people..

My stay at the Stay Inn Hotel was an exceptional experience in every way. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities a guest could need. The service at the hotel was outstanding, with the staff being friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was clean, and the breakfasts were tasty and varied. The only downside was that instead of a proper double mattress, there were two single ones pushed together, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, and I would consider staying here again.
