The hotel is so clean and cozy.. Big rooms with comfy feeling.. Islamic decoration is so beautiful.. the reception stuff are so helpful specially Khasan.. the breakfast was very good with different kinds of meats, fruits and nuts.. I was once late on breakfast and they were so helpful & made an exception for me .. I appreciated that a lot.. they also were so helpful in checking out an hour late.. and I must mention that they offered to pay the taxi to the TAS airport ..the hotel is near to many attractions like Magic city and malls.. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and if I would come to Tashkent again I will stay in it again.. The hotel is well maintained and the personal is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is rich. Hotel is in the centre of the city.

Device for control of the air-condition system was not able to adjust the cooling temperature in the room 311. After one our fitting with the system the administrator offered to accommodate us in other room where everything worked properly.

I would like to say a big Thanks to Albina and Kamila,I lost mt phone on the way to airport, and they try their best to help me to found the driver and phone! The room is a typical middle Asian style,clean and interesting,and delicious dishes they had as well...All in all, highly recommenddddddd

Location is excellent to explore the city. The staff all spoke English and Russian and were extremely helpful . This is possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at with large spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Bathroom had separate shower and bath which is always a bonus . Breakfast menu is varied and well presented. We were even offered pack lunch if we were out for the day .

All round, a good place to stay in central Tashkent. Room size good. Shower first class. Decent breakfast. Service excellent.

No aircon. Hotel either has heating or aircon. October stay and aircon off. Had to open windows to sleep with cool air, but road noise all night.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Even though we made a mistake at booking (1 room instead of 2), they helped with booking the second room at the same price. Breakfast was nice. Location is near cultural facilities, also cafes and restaurants nearby, 10 min from Chorus bazar. Spacious rooms.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. It's stunning, especially the bathroom! The staff were very helpful, they went above and beyond to help us find a last minute train to Samarkand and were happy to help.

The only reason this hotel is not a 10 because the food in the restaurant could have been better, though there was a good enough variety at breakfast.

The rooms are cozy and comfortable. The location might not be the most convenient, but overall, the service and the room were perfect!

However, the bathroom was not as clean as it should be.

Very good size rooms and great location near a metro station and opposite the modern City Park.

The breakfast buffet looked sad and not particularly appetising. Rooms are serviced/cleaned in late afternoon.

Excellent stay. Wide choice at breakfast. Big, clean rooms. New bottles of water every day. Separate shower and bath tube.
