I don't think I've stayed in a cleaner, or more comfortable hotel room in my life. The towels in particular were exceptional. Great location across from Tashkent City Park which is great for families and people of all ages with entertainment, fountains and light shows and eateries open until late, and other attractions such as the wax museum and 7D cinema. I felt very safe walking around by myself at night. Close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, as well as newly established pop-up eateries. Just a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro and the I love Uzbekistan sign in Bunyodkor Square, Friendship of the Nations Palace and Shomakhmudovs Monument. Staff were friendly, especially the bar/cafe staff. Despite some negatives relating to arrival and check-in, the staff were clearly trying their very best and were helpful in organising transport when I departed.

Options for breakfast confusing - it was not possible to order individual items, just a full breakfast. Despite confirming and communicating online about time and cost of an airport transfer, there was no record and I had to make my own way to the hotel. Took a very long time to check-in - while the staff were apologetic, it took almost 3 hours after a long day of travelling and no food. If I had known it was going to take that long, I would have ventured out and returned.

Everything: amenties, rooms were beautiful and high quality. But would stood out exceptionally was the care and attentiveness of the staff. I have stayed at multiple world class 5* hotels (Ritz-Carlton, the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental) and the staff was very much in line with what one would expect at one of those. Saidjalol, especially, was incredibly helpful in assisting me in booking my onwards travel. He is a superstar employee. Please thank him for me!

amazing location and very helpful staff but very small rooms

The location is great! It’s within walking distance to Tashkent City Mall, and it’s right along Tashkent City Boulevard and Park, with a good selection of restaurants and shops and kid friendly playgrounds. The hotel itself is very clean, and the service was top notch. The hotel manager and reception, especially Nigina, was kind enough to waive our extra bed, upgrade some of our rooms, extend our checkout time. Great service considering our family of 7 stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in total. Would recommend this hotel to friends visiting Tashkent.

Breakfast selection could be improved.

The location of this property is ideal! The view and the amenities are wonderful. However, the best thing about this property is the attention to detail by all the employees. Dilzebo at the front desk was so helpful. From giving advice about local sites, to help with credit card 💳 problem, she was so kind and professional. Asiljon helped me Reserve my train tickets to Samarkand. When the system would not accept my credit credit card, he paid out of his own pocket allowing me to reimburse him with cash. Private pool, sauna, and Turkish steam room available to reserve !I cannot say enough about this hotel and the staff. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended! Thank you 🙏🏽

I did not have enough time to stay longer!

I especially enjoyed the food at the hotel. I'm not usually a fan of eating at hotels, but in this case, I tried many dishes from the room service menu. Massive respect to the chef! I haven't eaten this well at a hotel in a long time.

There was a sign indicating that guests could request an alternative pillow, as all four of mine were pretty firm. However, I never got around to calling reception to ask for one. If possible, I would suggest providing two firm and two soft pillows in the room by default so guests can mix and match according to their preference.

"Holiday Inn Tashkent City, an IHG Hotel, is exceptionally clean, perfectly located, and boasts a helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is delightful, and considering the price-performance ratio, it’s undoubtedly one of the best hotels in the area. Regarding the noise complaints, I disagree with the negative comments. The only sound you may hear is two songs played hourly, which come from the synchronized fountain show in the nearby park. This is a charming feature of the area and can be heard throughout the vicinity, but it’s not disturbing at all. While staying here, I highly recommend strolling through the park to visit the best shopping mall in the area and taking the time to enjoy the fountain show. It’s a unique experience that adds to the charm of the location!"

Prime location in beautiful Tashkent city besides a magnificent park, Spacious and comfortable room, plentiful and high quality breakfast and restaurant which is open till late, and above all- a very helpful team, who were extremely kind and spoke English fluently. Front office manager Mr. Dilshod and the concierge officer Mr. Saidjalol were really helpful with ordering train tickets to Samrakand, finding an English speaking knowledgeable and kind tour guide, and continue to take care of me during and after the tour.

The hotel is brand new. the standard rooms are a little small. but the quality is very good. the location is excellent, it is located in Tashkent city. there is metro stations nearby. also thare are a lot of high tier restaurants near.

during the reservation the option for 1 person to the double bed room wasn't available. and during the check-in the receptioninst thought that two people are going to stay in1 room, but we clarified that everybody is going to stay in a separate room hence we have reserved 5 rooms.

Excellent to stay in Tashkent. It would be beneficial if there is a slightly better concierge service to guide us to the right spots in the city. Now back we realize we have missed a few really nice spots, so that is a lost chance. The hotel was really confortable, but also the most expensive during our 2 week trip through 3 countries, os the high qulity was expected. All in all it feel overpriced compared to some of the other hotels, but it was good.
