The location is super central, within walking distance of some major sights. The Metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were helpful and spoke good English, and the bed was really comfortable. There’s also a very cozy park just around the corner with lots of facilities for toddlers. Plus, there are several good restaurants right downstairs!

There was quite a lot of noise during the day from the construction, but it was probably just a temporary issue. We also didn’t like that we were charged in the local currency instead of USD, as stated in the booking, which caused us to pay a lot of extra commissions. Additionally, we ordered a crib for our daughter and were not informed in advance that it would cost extra.

1. The front desk staff are so friendly and fluent in English. 2. The bed is so soft, I fell asleep within seconds haha.. 3. Really good location near the park, cafes, and shops right outside the hotel's entryway. 4. Love the breakfast. 5. Room is clean. 6. I thought bidets weren't popular in Uzbekistan so I was so happy when I saw that my bathroom had one, BUT... (Continue to the "don't like"part)

The bidet wasn't working properly. Pressure was too low. Sometimes the water just wouldn't flow and stopped mid-use, which is kinda annoying. Other than this, everything else is fine. I enjoyed my stay there. Would totally recommend CCH to family and friends if they wanna visit Tashkent too one day.

We loved the location next to a park and restaurants and only ten minutes from the metro station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, giving lots of great tips on things to do and places to go. We also appreciated the water dispenser in the restaurant as we want to avoid using unnecessary single-use plastic bottles to reduce our impact on the environment. We were grateful for the smooth airport pickup as we arrived in the early hours of the morning. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable if a little small. The shower was hot.

The breakfast was highly disappointing as it was greasy and the oil seemed old. I would recommend choosing the room-only option and having breakfast in one of the nearby restaurants.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, a lovely park and walkable distance to major attractions (take it with a grain of salt since we tend to walk alottt). We stayed here for two nights and loved everything about it. We arrived very early, and the night manager was very polite and helpful. He let us store our luggage in the storage. Later, we were allowed to check in little earlier, which was highly appreciated. Thank you to both the managers who were very professional and helpful. The room had all the amneties and was very clean. The matresses and towels were soft and the pillows very fluffy. We were also pleasantly suprised with the variety in the breakfast spread and the its quality for a minimal fee of $5/-. The coffee was excellent and the lady who was hosting the bfast was polite and very friendly. The only downside was the construction noise from a neighboring building that kept us up the second night. Ofcourse, this has nothing to do with the hotel and its out of their control. We are definitely rebooking this place if we ever find ourselves in this city again. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures :(

Firstly - location! Coming from the airport, bus '67' goes directly from outside the terminal to the hotel (approx. 25 mins). If you are also going to or from the railway station ('Janubiy' - South station for the fast train to Samarkand & Bukhara) then bus '57' will also take you directly there (also approx. 25 mins). The metro station 'Kosmonavtlar' is just 5 mins walking from the hotel through the park to the corner at an important road junction (& one of the most beautifully designed). There's a lovely park in front of the hotel as well as supermarket & banking facilities (for currency exchange + cash machines) behind the complex the hotel is part of. Check-in was very quick & easy & staff are very helpful, friendly & courteous with excellent English. The rooms are big enough, with en-suite bathroom & a v.comfy, big bed. B'fast is for a small additional cost (about $5) & is on the 2nd floor & is well worth it with a wide range of tasty local dishes.

In some of the rooms the bathroom is simply a walled-off glass compartment which doesn't afford a great deal of privacy. In upgraded rooms they are separate rooms. Those b'fast dishes that were supposed to be hot were not! The entrance is not easy to find. It's at the side of the shopping complex/mall (the side facing the park & next to the 'Fish & Bread' restaurant). There is only one sign above the corridor that runs off the pavement & functions as the main entrance - a lift takes you up to the 3rd floor where the hotel & reception are located. Study the photos well & remember them as this will help!

We stayed here in October. We made a last-minute booking after our plans changed. The hotel was accommodating, and our rooms were comfortable and clean. A great location to stay in Tashkent, close to the central tourist attractions, the metro, and easy to walk around. Special thanks to Sayed on the front desk who was friendly, approachable and very helpful, including helping us navigate the local rideshare app. Sayed's great English was very appreciated during our stay.

It is a nice hotel, with decent, clean rooms. The location is very good, with couple of very nice restaurants in the same building as the hotel. Particularly pleased with the staff ..... they are very polite, friendly and helpful, with excellent English. Minibar and TV (but no English channels, though). The hotel provides a good value for the price. The breakfast is offered for the extra price of 5$.

One, maybe negative side, is that the hotel does not have a classical hotel lobby with the sitting area, and the reception is on the third floor (accessible by elevator). However, it was not a big issue at all...

The location Is perfect: near city center, atm, supermarket and metro . The room was good with big and comfortable bed. Air conditioning works well. Bathroom was good with big shower Staff was very kind and helpful

The bathroom have no storage space or shelves (there are shelves only inside the shower). The bathroom door Is made of glass and semi transparent The First day there was someone else hair in the sink drain, we decided to not remove them to see if they Will clean It: they don't. 2 days later hair was still there. We removed them ourself.

City Centre Hotel is a very good valued hotel with very adequate compact rooms. We had no issues during check in or check out, and the staff were quick to response and spoke great English. We arrived at midnight and found the staff fully ready to process our booking (we've found other budget hotel staffs asleep around these hours). As its name suggests, the hotel is located in the heart of the city, so you can go anywhere in the city with cheap fare, and the Kosmonavtlar station is just five minutes away. In the evening, a lot of restaurants and shops are available outside the doorstep. You may also find many families strolling around until 11pm.

Our room faces the park and while we could hear the sound of cars sometimes from the outside, we didn't really mind. I think one of the only problems with the room is that the carpeting easily gets damp because of its proximity to the bathroom. The TV and fridge worked fine, the AC and bed were okay, but the blanket was very thin—it was more like a sheet of linen (and we encountered this in every room in Uzbekistan, but it was summer anyway).
