Absolutely my best stay took place in this hotel. Very nice and caring stuff. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, brand new hotel. There is a seperate bide in the bathroom and the bathroom is spacious. The beds are comfortable enough. Thx to them they have added drinking water in our room too. Especially stuff change things alot. The stuff here were so friendly and they help you about anything. Do not hesitate to counsel them about anything. I definately recommend this place if you are looking for a short stay.

I did not like that there is no mosquito net at the windows. Moreover the water tap in the shower is so hard to figure out. I wish it would be something simple. SPA prices are somewhat more expensive compared to other SPAs.

Good location. Comfortable mattresses. Quiet street at night and in the morning (we slept with windows open). Friendly personnel. No elevator, but staff helped to carry the suitcases upstairs. Clean and tastefully decorated. Decent buffet breakfast with both cooked and fresh options.

The room was too hot. As we arrived during the transition season between winter and spring A/C worked only for heating. It was 23 degrees outside and the loft room heated up really fast. We didn't manage to understand the electronic system for doorbell, "do not disturb"/"make my room" status, or likely it didn't work - one night we were woken up by a doorbell misfire.

Good location of the hotel. You have everything you need in the room, including fridge and a safe, free water (and also you can refill your bottle at the lobby) Hotel proposes buffet breakfast with some local dishes.

The weak point of this hotel is the cleaning service. During my 4-nights stay, my towels have not been changed at all and one day housekeeping service hasn't visited my room at all.. Also I informed staff about issues with the shower, hope they will replace it soon.

Location is not bad, and some parts of the hotel look modern. However my overall impression is that this hotel is rather a low budget/ economy one, although we paid a price for a middle range hotel. Staff is very nice, polied and willing to help if necessary.

Breakfast is below average with different types of food, but of low quality (ex. cookies and pastry not fresh). Bed linen, towels and mattresses were old, while single bed quite small. Bathroom is very small. I wouldnt come back here.

The rooms and property were very clean and well appointed. Location is a short cab ride away from most attractions and walkable to the nearest metro station. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. We get an early checkin at 630 am for a reasonable charge. Our Aircon didn’t cool too well later in the day so they changed us into better rooms promptly. Overall it is terrific value for the amount paid.

I arrived to the hotel around 2am and they were waiting for him in the lobby. They were so nice to help me into the room and the place was very clean and quiet. I slept very well and the beds were pretty comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast - there were so many options of interesting local food and it had a coffee machine! I'd stay here again.

The city is pretty spread out, but I felt like I had to walk a ton to get places. My only compliant is that their credit card machines weren't working so well and they were having a lot of issues with them. They ended up charging my card twice and never reversed that. I'd recommend paying on a booking site beforehand or carrying cash to avoid this experience.

Hotel was well located, about a 10 minute walk from the metro, 15 minutes from Amir Temur Square, and ~20 minutes from the Tashkent train station. The rooms were extremely clean, fairly spacious, and had excellent amenities/facilities. Wifi was not incredible but perfectly serviceable. The breakfast was solid. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Tashkent.

Although the hotel's breakfast was very good, the hotel might consider putting out signs describing what each food is--some of the foods, such as rolls or wraps, had contents that weren't obvious and someone with a food allergy or other dietary restriction may have difficulty determining what they can eat.
