I had a very nice stay at the King Plaza Hotel. Although there was a small issue with the AC in my original room, the staff handled it quickly and professionally by moving me to a new room right away. The service was excellent throughout my stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the personnel were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at King Plaza and had a fantastic experience! Upon arrival, everything was prepared and ready for us, including the paperwork. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Not only were they kind and helpful, but they also spoke fluent English, making it easy for us to communicate and get the assistance we needed. The breakfast was also a standout - it was absolutely fantastic! The variety and quality of the offerings were top-notch. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. What really impressed me though was when we had to leave early, the staff kindly prepared us a packed breakfast to go, which was a lovely touch.

However, one thing that was a slight disappointment was that the hotel didn't quite live up to its website description - we had expected a bidet in our room, but unfortunately it wasn't available. Despite this minor misstep, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with exceptional service. The staff truly made our stay special!

The very courteous staff & ever helpfull . They go out of the way to facilitate you . Breakfast is excellent..so is the restaurant hostess @ breakfast buffet. Overall a very pleasant experience

The hotel need to focus on the air-conditioning.....sometimes it gets low on cooling

I like how helpfull was the staff specially the young ladies Amina & Munira in the reception; we felt home & welcomed 🥰 Breakfast is excellent 👌 the gym was spotless and we loved that we were able to book our own time in the spa, sauna and Turkish bath💆‍♂️

Location was close to the US Embassy, ideal variant for ones who came for the interview. Breakfast was good enough + a lot of options to eat in the same restaurant during the day, no need to leave the hotel. Sauna was great, 120 degrees + pool.

Internet was very bad, even YouTube was hard to watch

Good Location, clean Rooms, welcoming staff. good choices from breakfast. Highly recommended if you have come on leisure or/an with family.

WI-FI is not good if you are coming on a business trip and require to work from hotel too.

Its hugher standard hotel, clean, spacy tooms and super super nice personnel.

Everything was great, beautiful architecture, comfortable and spacious room, good breakfast, very nice and friendly staff and reception. We had a few nice days here with the family.

Rooms: well designed, ample, modern and comfortable. Clean sheets, all toiletries, safe box in the room.

Breakfast is really poor. Nothing to eat. Tried eggs, porridge, fruits - just can't eat it.
