Location is convenient, owner is friendly and helpful and his cats are cue.

Water took too long to warm up and no daily clean up during the stay.

I loved everything! This is a very nice place, the rooms are clean and big, same for the bathroom! I loved also the common area, the location is close to the main attractions and the bus station but in a very quiet alley. The owner is a very good person, he helped me a lot, he is a very friendly person! Thank you very much for the good memories! I can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay! We stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic! The owner is very friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wifi worked perfectly. Location is unbeatable and very quiet at the same time! Highly recommended!

The owner is so friendly and helpful! The design of the courtyard is very cute and welcoming with plants, couches and things to look at. The rooms are huge! It's in a great location, walking distance to everything you need and down a little alley and easy to find.

The hostel is very well located very close to East gate. It is at the end of a small alley so it is very quiet. Also not far from the bus station for Xizhou and Shuanglang. The host was friendly and very helpful with downloading maps and sending me directions and recommendations for places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything needed!

Very convenient location. It's only a short less than one km walk to main bus stops (both south gate and East gate where one of the airport coach stop is at). Very short walk to night market stalls at Erhai gate.

Clean room, location is about 10 minutes walk to the one of the gates of the ancient city.

Staff was only there during check-in and check-out times. This was not really a big issue, just slightly hard if you have questions/requests during your stay.

The location is good, near to all amenities, the owner is very friendly and there is a place at the rooftop to watch sunrise. Room is clean and comfortable. There is 2 adorable cats in the hotel but they only roam at ground floor.

The location is really close to old town in walking distance. The owner is really helpful. The room is a bit old I think. It's not sparkling clean but still acceptable. Also, the hot water is pretty hard to control.

Very close to the Ancient Town. The owner/manager was usually available and helpful, otherwise he returned messages quickly if he was out. A very laid back vibe with some cool artwork.

Unless I was doing something wrong, it was difficult to get hot water in the sink and the heating was not very strong from the vents.
