This is a a really nice property well off the beaten track. It has its own charm and staff were very friendly. Is this a five star American hotel chain? No, not at all. Don't go in thinking that. The rooms are duplex type little cottages, there is extensive walking areas outside that just give a nice relaxed feel.

The road from Bogota to here is hell if you're not from Colombia. The bus system is very good, the switchbacks intense at times, and both google and waze overestimate the posted speed by about double. Nothing to do with the property but nothing bad to say.

Hotel is very nice, has lots of open spaces and nature around it. Rooms were comfortable and our room had hot water which was a surprise because booking said it didn't.

The extra fee for traveling with pets seems too high, charging a high amount where is almost more expensive to have a pet than a human is really unexpected. We had two dogs and were charged 160.000 just for one night, I understand that there can be some extra cleaning involved but that is ridiculous.

I really enjoyed the location. Beautiful landscape and lakes around it. The food was really good and the stuff is super friendly. also, if you book more than two nights, they give you a free hiking with transportation and lunch. We loved the waterfall at the end of the hike.

The beds are kind of hard and the pillows are not too comfortable and not hot water but everything else is good!

It’s well located between Hacienda Napoles y la reserva Río Claro. Comfortable rooms with air conditioning, beautiful gardens, good breakfast, amenities, parking.

Everything, there's not one bad thing about this resort. The rooms are great, the facilities are fantastic and the staff go over and beyond to cater for your every need. One of the best places I've stayed at hands down.

would be nice to have regular transport to rio Clara reserve for guests who’ve want to go to explore and don’t have a car - all the trips on offer are full day trips

Beautiful property surrounded by nature. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is very attentive. Breakfast is delicious.
