Loved the location, absolutely fantastic place and room

The bubble is annoying… you have to be careful not deflating it if you leave 1 door for too long. Also, having the toilet outside the bubble Was a no no for me. Amazing to have the toilets outside but unfortunately for us, it was cold! The jacuzzi as well was cold even if we tried many times to change the temperature. Last but not least, getting to the bubble with big luggage must be incredibly annoying, the bubbles are far down (2/3 min walk down the forest)

The bubble was so beautiful, it is a great place to relax with your partner. It has an open shower and we love it. The food was great too, We tried the message at the spa and it was perfect. The reception has a fantastic view of La Piedra for pictures.

Our hot tub was not hot, the staff helped us with that but it did not heat enough as we expected it.

Everything - the room, location, facilities, cleanliness, reception, staff, food and general comfort were all to the highest level of quality and excellence.

The photographs on the website suggest there are telescopes for stargazing which was not true. However, this is not a real criticism as it is not mentioned on the list of facilities. The facilities that are mentioned are all present and exceptionally well maintained.

This was such paradise in the jungle. We had an amazing stay, with dinner and breakfast delivered to us each day of our stay. The staff were great and the bed was so comfortable

It’s a bit far from Guatape, it’s 30,000 COP for a Tuc Tuc, but was worth it

Bubble Sky has all the magical forest seclusion you would hope for, and can be a truly romantic place. If you get lucky with a clear night, the star-watching could be excellent... on our stay, we got to watch a lightning storm instead, which was its own thrill. The jacuzzi was comfy, and breakfast was tasty.

On the minus side, the facilities definitely need better upkeep. I didn't realize the bubble deflates if you don't keep the door always sealed, and our exterior door had a leak and a broken zipper that we had to call to get a quick fix. Then we found out that there were multiple small holes and patches in the top, impeding the clear view and letting us get wet when it rained. The jacuzzi had one bubble setting: blast you in the face with water! And the wi-fi is basically non-existent. We also got the wrong dinner order and our bill wasn't itemized at the end... so to sum up: this is a very "roll with it" kind of place, probably less "glamorous" and more "camping".

What a beauty! Right in the middle of the rainforest - we loved how each bubble was set up bad far away from the other. It’s was you and the nature and the sounds in the jungle. Loved the staff, they were kind and courteous. Every morning they brought us breakfast to our habitacion. It was very quiet and serene. The jacuzzi was amazing especially at night when it was a bit chilly!

Wish their breakfast was a bit better and that the coffee was the real Colombian freshly brewed coffee. Our electric blankets weren’t working well and they tried to fix it but couldn’t. It got quite cool at night.

Awesome and unique experience in a secluded area. Food was delicious. Beautiful surrounding. I left a pair of pants there and the staff was nice enough to deliver it to me.

It looks great in pictures but sleeping in a plastic bubble isn't comfortable. It smells like plastic and you hear the air running all night. Plus it gets so hot you won't want to go in the bubble until it's night time. Jacuzzi can use cleaning as it's green. Wished they provided something to keep mosquitoes away while you're having dinner outside like a candle or something to burn to at least minimize them.

It was the absolute perfect spot. We had a wonderful time. The gentleman at the desk arranged for us to be taken out on a boat for two hours. We cooked breakfast and had our coffee while watching the birds awaken.

One of our neighbors played their music until 2:30 in the morning. It was ridiculously loud which destroyed our tranquility. We absolutely did not appreciate it.

Well thought, isolated, you have your privacy and can completely disconnect. There was even a small device in the bubble room playing different sounds, e.g. rainforest, waterfall, you choose... Delicious food for breakfast and good choice for dinner to choose from. All the food is brought to your house/bubble/bungalow at the agreed time. Fully stocked mini bar with lost of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for a fair price. A barbecue in your outdoor kitchenette if you are willing to cook your own meal. Ah, and a real working jacuzzi for your own exclusive use (if you've booked the right type of "room"). All in all, an excellent innovative place that I totally recommend for people looking to get close to nature and really disconnect.

Could have been nice to make sure that payment by bank card is possible (in the end we had to pay cash even though we were told that card payment is possible).

The bubbles are located in the middle of nature, overlooking the big forest. The bed was comfortable and I loved taking my showers in the open shower. The water is always nice and hot. I had the most delicious breakfast and dinner was also very nice. The staff are very helpful and they helped with calling the tuk tuk to go out. They also helped carrying my bag to the bubble, which I appreciate.

Access to the bubbles is not easy, it's not suitable for people with mobility issues as you have to walk up and down the steep stairs to get to the bubble. I tried the spa and did a 1hr massage, it was very underwhelming. The ambiance at the spa needs to be worked on a lot. You don't feel relaxed. I was feeling cold as it is open and no efforts are made to make you feel comfortable. The masseuse also needs to improve. Because of being in the middle of nature, there's a lot of mosquitoes. Bring mosquito repellent.
