Breakfast ends at 9 am. and we arrived at 15 minutes til. There wasn't much left to eat, and there was no hostess around for refill. The biscuits and gravy were good. Our second morning, we tried to get there early. About 8:30 breakfast items, including sausage and orange juice, were empty and not refilled. There was not much to pick from when workers and large family came in right before us. When I asked the hostess about some orange juice, she replied there was no more. For the price we pay, you could do better with this.

We had a handicapped accessible room, and it was huge . The walk-in shower was great. We stayed in a newly remodeled room. The only issue was the cleaning ladies banging on our door at 9am to see if we were still there. I worked at a hotel before, and all of the employees had walkie talkies. When someone checked out, the front desk would let them know that the room was available for cleaning. If it weren't for that, our stay would've been perfect.

The property appears to be new or very recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub overlook a very large pond. The grandchildren loved swimming in the pool and saw an alligator in the pond. Room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was just ok. Sausage was over cooked. Noise from the road could be heard in the room. This might bother a light sleeper.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! The breakfast was amazing!! The room was very spacious and comfortable and clean. The pool was absolutely perfect! We even got to see alligators up close from the lake behind the hotel!! The kids really enjoyed that!! Most definitely will be coming back to stay!!

The turn in is a little hard to see at night. Some reflectors at the sides would help. Other then that it was great.

very clean and accommodating. we arrived earlier than check in and the front desk clerk was exceptional and was able to assist with providing a room for us.

Everything was fantastic but if I could suggest that a spare blanket be provided as while we like to sleep with the temperature low, we prefer a blanket on the bed.

Fun to see the alligators in the pond behind the hotel. Good breakfast and coffee, great staff,.pool, and room, nice staff. Will return. Thanks.

the fitness room was lame. the electronics for all 4 aerobic machines didn’t work. the weight bench was rickety

it was beautiful and super clean!

I’m not a big fan of hotel breakfast.. so that is the only complaints. the eggs were yucky. but I’m not a fan of that type of breakfast.
