The room was clean and fresh smelling. The room rate was great. We liked that late check in was available and that breakfast lasted till 9:30 AM and had a fairly good selection. It was nice that a fridge and a microwave was in the room. And the motel was located close to the event we were attending. However, we did not take advantage of the pool area since it was closed nor did we use the exercise room. We had no need to go to the vending area, if they had one, for snacks or ice. We enjoyed our stay overnight.

the only negatives are: the mattress was a little too firm for us, one of the sinks in the double sink bathroom did not have a drain cover and the bathroom tissue was mighty thin.

When we arrived our room was on the 2nd floor ... I can't climb stairs, which I told the gentleman about when I made the reservation over a month before we arrived, but the young lady who checked me in got on the phone and made it happen!!! Also, Elizabeth made sure my granddaughter and sister got the conjoining room next door. I'm from WV ... granddaughter is 6 hrs from here, my sister from Houston. Miss Elizabeth helped to make this a memorable trip since we were able to visit each other so easily with the conjoining room. Thanks to both of these amazing women, we had an awesome stay !!!

Since I like sausage or bacon for breakfast, I was happy that either I had links or patties and sometimes both. Bacon every other day would be a bonus. I got the hot tub in room and since I was doing labor it was nice to soak. Be sure to test the water early as the hot water is really hot. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Time to give these folks a raise if you haven't lately.

To use the business center you had to ask them to open it. Which they would, be if they had a customer, you had to wait. It seems someone if corporate was concerned about leaving the lights on. If the old fashion lights don't use much electricity and perhaps it is time to switch to LED. The WI-FI was weak some of the day. Worked fine the first 2 days, but after that had trouble connecting.

Room, towels, and sheets were very clean. Staff, “Ms. Kat” and David were very friendly, too. Breakfast (eggs, sausage links & patties) was hot and ready with a very good variety (cereal, assorted fruit, bagels, juice, milk, waffles, etc.). Dining area was very clean. And there’s a pool. (We only stayed one night as we were only driving through but yes, there’s a pool!)

Walk ways around pool and throughout were dirty and trash was piled and overflowing from trash bin near soda machine. It appears someone was in process of taking out the trash but maybe forgot it?? And it just happened to be near our room, unfortunately. Oh, and the main entry door was missing the latch (hinge and lock mechanism), so we couldn’t lock it, and the door to the restroom wouldn’t stay shut or locked.

Nice room

We made a reservation for my granddaughter, her family and their dog. Told them we wanted a conjoining room. We arrived a few days before them. I went ahead and paid for their room before they got there only for them to be put upstairs away from us. I was not informed until after we'd been there a few days .... after I'd already paid for their room that they don't put dogs on the 1st floor. My granddaughter had her 18 month old daughter with her and her dog and they had to lug everything upstairs. I wanted the conjoining room so the baby could go back and forth and no one had to "leave the room". I think this is poor practice to treat customers this way. Especially if I've already paid !!!!! Nothing was ever said until they showed up.

Room and furnishings were very good... Staff was helpful, courteous, and attentive.

The Pool needs maintenance, the deep end entry bars have no step and were no firmly attached creating a safety hazard entering / existing the pool. Water quality was fair at best...

That my door was opened around 11am while we were still sleeping from a night out because I our do not disturb paper flew away with the wind

The breakfast served a variety and had available "0 sugar" choices. Offered sausage and eggs, very delicious.

It was very rainy and cold days, but it was not your fault.

The facility itself is in need of remodeling. Water pressure was low. Door locks and peep hole are old. Needs new carpet. Needs daily room cleaning....not just when the guest request it.

Location was convenient. By the highway. Clean room. Little older but maintained. The staff made the stay great. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
