We have been staying here since it opened. We do enjoy the hotel but there are usually 1 or two little things that keep it from getting 100%

Need sugar dispensers for the coffee not the tiny little packages, the shower design is terrible, you can't keep from getting water on the floor or soaking the floor mat/towel. The opening needs to be smaller or a second piece of glass to make a sliding door. The maid needs to learn to read her list and not enter rooms unannounced when the room is NOT on her check out list and not ready for cleaning. SOMEONE at Marriott needs to look into sleep number beds, SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!

Our room was very well laid out and equipped with everything you could expect in studio apartment. There were only two of us, my daughter and I, but the room could have easily accommodated five people. A special surprise were the three different pillows on the beds...one thick and dense, one moderately dense and slightly fluffy and one even thinner and quite fluffy; take your choice and get a good night's sleep! It sported a complete kitchen, an unusually long desk and two large windows. Two queen beds, a really comfy sofa bed and a giant spa-like shower completed the resort atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a broad selection of dishes, and the food that was supposed to be hot really was hot. The young man who greeted us when we arrived the evening of April 13 was gracious and found us a nice, quiet room far from the elevator. He told us about breakfast service and made us feel genuinely welcome.

I can't think of anything else I would have expected at this rate.

The breakfast hade plenty of options for my family my kids enjoyed the pool front desk ladies and manger was very welcoming

The front desk day staff for Saturday was very polite and attentive to our needs during our stay. She went above and beyond to fix a problem that my husband and I had during our stay.

Check was OK but wasn’t expecting extra charges. If there’s extra incidental fees that needs to be communicated up front. My total was $118 with tax but when was checking in the price went up. Please get this straightened out for your guest. Thank you!

The mattress was a little too soft for my liking but everything else was perfect. Brand New Hotel. It had only been open 2 months when I stayed on 8/13/21. There was a delicious hot & cold breakfast with a large selection to choose from. It was the best I've had in years from any hotel.
