This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. I have cancer and get my meds once per month in Beaumont. Rather than driving back to Galveston the same day, we stay here. The staff is very friendly and courteous! They know us now and always extend a lovely greeting, which is so nice! The rooms are always spotless. I love to walk next door to Carrabba's and pick up our dinner. I'm a swimmer so I'll be using the pool soon!

The only problem is not the fault of the hotel. There is highway construction there and the traffic is always backed up. The road signs are confusing and they don't have the right arrows to get to IH-10 west. We found a quicker way to exit so it's not a big pain anymore.

The young lady who checked us in was really nice and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Liked that we were able to sign into our own streaming services on the TV. Very good experience, especially considering the low cost.

The hallway to our room was very HOT and smelled of weed, which was HORRIBLE, but thankfully, the room was not the same.

The shower was great...large, hot water, nice water pressure. Easy access to the hotel despite some road construction issues. Nearby restaurants, gas, shopping.

The walls in the room were a bit dirty...I think fresh paint would help a lot. The TV remote was a sticky mess; couple that with the fact the TV channels were hard to decipher and using the TV was just an issue. The apple juice at breakfast was very watered down.

It was a Nice stay, the Rooms clean and efficient. The Personnel was very nice and helpful. I Will return there again soon. The only thing is the Breakfast was not much could be upgraded and the timing of breakfast, but overall a Great place.

Easy to park, nice breakfast , a few restaurants around the area , it was very hot so the pool was great . Staff were very friendly. Appreciated the non slip mat and grab rail in the shower.

Down stairs ice machine wasn’t working.

We love to stay here at our monthly visit to Beaumont. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We always have a quiet room and it's always spotlessly clean!

Comfortable bed, room was clean, breakfast was surprisingly good with really good eggs and sausage links plus fruit. The front desk gentleman was pleasant and professional.

There is always something that could be better but the stay was fine and I would stay there again happily.

Everything was Awesome. The staff were very friendly and always smiling!! We will definitely stay here again. The room was clean,very comfortable bed.not one complete!!!

Well cared for, clean, comfy.

Missing desk chair, upholstery on corner chair torn. Outlets behind furniture. Tough to get to. .

Breakfast was adequate. Coffee good.
