The property is newly built and in great condition! All the rooms have kitchenettes with almost full size refrigerators and stove tops. Comes fully stocked with kitchenware and a dishwasher! Very comfortable rooms and beds. It was a great stay and wish I could’ve stayed longer. Also a bonus was there are bungalows outside with barbecues ready to use for outdoor get together. Really a great hotel!

The location was a little off the main path. I did not have a car for my stay so it made it a little bit more difficult but other than that, it was perfect. If I had a rental car, it would have been absolutely great all around. Also I would have loved a pool!

The facilities were clean and there was a good variety for breakfast.

Our hotel door lock would not connect so was open all night. We informed the staff and they stated maintenance would come by. We needed to leave for an event so it was unnerving to leave without a locked door. When we returned hours later, our door was still open (which meant it was open all day). Again, we asked if maintenance had stopped by, staff could not inform us of a definite answer. Very disappointing. We eventually received a room change.

Nice, clean, large room. Fully functional kitchen with stove top and full size fridge! Great breakfasts you don’t expect at the price and so close to great Restaurants. I’ll be going back!

Right now there is highway construction but that ends soon and they have turned the access road into two way traffic! Once we found that out, only downside was fixed!

Very good breakfast. Sausage gravy, sausage links, sausage patties, eggs, hash browns, fruit, cereal, muffins was spot on I’ve stayed at casino hotels that couldn’t match the Days Inn hotel breakfast in Beaumont TX.

There’s nothing to dislike. Upon our arrival we were greeted with friendly courtesy service.

Easy access to I-10 freeway. Kitchenette stocked with cooking/eating utensils, full size fridge. Outside, a gazebo with picnic table, chairs, bbq grill. Great for gatherings. Room was very clean and well lit. Pure white sheets that smelled clean! Comfortable bed. Quiet air conditioner. Safe surroundings/parking. Just a stones throw, an arcade center offering food and games for restless kids. The staff was very helpful.

A functional computer mouse for business related communications would have been a plus.

The property was fairly new and clean. A pleasant stay overall.

This is not under the control of the property. Getting to the property from the highway was a challenge. Roads are torn up and there is little lighting, and no road signs or helps to get to the property. We arrived by night and it was daunting to get to the property. Once there, all was fine.

Modern hotel friendly staff very clean good room size with all facilities- fridge-freezer, microwave, hob with pans, Keurig coffee maker Close to I-10 but no traffic noise. Lots of Eateries within short 4 min drive. Breakfast included was very good great value for money

Parking spaces a little small

I was surprised to see the high reviews and was still shocked at how clean and lovely this location was! Though I didn't catch her name, the charming woman who checked us in was absolutely wonderful! She was reason enough for a 5-star review!! I do not usually associate Days Inn with high quality, if I am being honest, but I couldn't resist the customer reviews. This location was terrific! We loved the room layout (yay for a kitchenette with a regular fridge), bathroom lighting, cold a/c that did not loudly cut on and off, and warm/friendly staff! We will make this a permanent resting spot going forward!

Wished there was a bathroom fan. We see a vent in the ceiling but did not see an on/off switch. If the fan is supposed to come on automatically with either the light or steam, it didn't.

The room had a kitchenette which was cool I did not reserve a room with one but was so glad I got one. Trying to stay on budget allowed us too buy food and bring it back to room and cook it up.

Went down for breakfast and the food in what I thought is supposed to keep it hot was cold. In their defense we did go later in the morning about 8:30.

Super clean! Smelled good! Friendly employees. I’m very picky about hotels! I could not find one fingerprint, hair, nothing. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine had ground beans and a choice from regular coffee to latte and expresso or flavors. I would most defiantly stay here again.
