The overall accommodations met my expectations. The room was clean c and comfortable. Check in was easy and quick I really like that. A pleasant atmosphere and the staff was pleasant to work with.

I selected to include breakfast with my room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Everything was lukewarm, nothing hot, except the coffee. Had to wait too long for breakfast items to be replenished.

Some stuff was falling apart in the room, like the towel hooks on the door. So we had to use the hangers in the closet to hang out shower towels. The hotel is obviously older and you can tell they are trying to upkeep it. It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. You could tell the counter was having some moments cause the way other workers were doing reservations but they kinda kept it together and were still helpful.

The kids were running rampant in the halls late at night! This happened 2 nights in a row and it was extremely loud/hard to sleep. Eventually exhaustion took over and I fell asleep. The hotel is older and it shows but it was kept clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fair pricing and great location, close to food and little restaurant in hotel had a great variety for breakfast buffet, The bacon & cheese grits were amazing!

The room was nice and cool in the humid heat! I loved that so so much! The bed was so comfortable! I loved the ceiling to floor windows, it let on so much natural light!

The sink faucet was loose and the tub plug was tricky to get to stay up. But I got it.

The staff was great and very professional. Beaumont PD and news crews were showing up left and right during our check in. The Corvette Club was also staying there and someone had stolen a vette from the parking lot it was mass chaos for a little bit but the staff handled the situation very professionally. The front desk ladies were very attentive even giving my 6 year old a warm blanket when I asked for an extra..

Having to wait a little longer to go from the lobby to the room and vice versa due to having only one operational elevator got a little aggravating.

The room and bed were nice and clean. Also the staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Amazing atmosphere with the fountain and Christmas trees.

One elevator was not working. So it took a while to go to and from the room.

The place was beautiful and although it had a lot of people in the lobby due to a wedding our room was still so quiet. Also, the complimentary breakfast was really good and exceeded my expectations.

I didn't like how I didn't have a telephone in my room.

Easy access to I-10 . Lots of places to eat around the hotel .

The first night the toilet had not been cleaned around the bottom . It had dried urine on the bottom left at the back.

The staff here is exceptional. Check in was fast, thorough and the team was very attentive. The breakfast here was delicious and the attendants were great. Attentive, inviting and the resultant was very clean.

The mattresses need to be replaced. We had two beds and one was well past it’s life cycle but the room was very clean.
