The property was a little bit older so as expected, it was well used but well-maintained. Everything was clean, and the restaurants were great for ordering meals. There are a couple of them inside the hotel, which made it very convenient for me and my kids since we were traveling without a rental car. The staff was exceptional with me as we were going through a hurricane, and they were accommodating to the situation.

The continental breakfast was not made with love. The dishes were not clean that were provided to get the meal with. And I guess the way to describe it was it felt like the food was just slopped together. I felt like they could’ve improved the Continental breakfast greatly! Also the pool was closed when we showed up which was very disappointing (we were out of the hurricane area) and would have liked the facilities to be available since that what the hotel cost covers(all facilities)

I loved how nice everyone was and the feel of the Old Hilton style Hotel... I like the cabana side with the balcony it was so pretty at night.. the rooms were spacious. The price was amazing compared to the $500 nights in the city... you had everything you needed from food to entertainment

There was nothing I did not like... Everything was well worth the price.. I heard there is a presidential room and a concierge room also. I would definitely like to check that out one day....hint hint...

Everything was amazing. The name set our expectations low, but as it turned out, our entire stay was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast and the staff waiting on us for all our needs was a huge plus since we're both having temporary difficulties. Thank you MGM for everything. Continue to be a blessing to all your guests.

Breakfast was good just not enough options, we just figured with the facility we will be getting like an home breakfast omelets waffles something like that but overall everything was good service was good

We could have had a better selection on breakfast, more fresh food, more selections

The property was very nice! The front desk staff is exceptionally nice & helpful in all areas. We had a quality breakfast. The wait staff was attentive to our needs also exceptional We had a group of baseball players,parents and grandparents with us. We were all happy!

It was really close to what we were doing those days. We were like 10 min from the baseball fields.

Seems every time we book here they have a reunion or a party of some sort. If we get back to the hotel late, we are stuck trying to find a parking spot for 20-30 min since people are there for the party.

every thing about the place was nice the location was about as good as you can get no one can help that no matter where in veaumont you are there's a bad part of town near by that's just the way that city is but I enjoyed my stay honestly wish I could of spent more time there

Breakfast was good. Location was good as well.

Pillows were uncomfortable. I requested two extra pillows and I only received one. I also received a message on my phone from the hotel stating that if I needed anything just text. When I text I was informed to call the front desk. I then reminded the hotel in messages of their previous instructions.

Great pool !!!Good free parking. Fast elevator. Good breakfast. Frieny staff, easy checkin/out.

The smell in the room is bad, smells like mold. The smell comes from the air con and bathroom. The AC system seems very old and needs refurbishment. Also the room and the bedding had a lot of humidity.

Breakfast was great. Staff kept refilling what was needed and offering to refill beverages .

Maintenance call was not answered but when I called the second time someone from security came up to assist me, he was extremely polite.
