The room was clean. The pool was fine, the didn’t clean it till Thursday we got there Sunday the week before so we couldn’t use it. And I’m sure there’s a leak in it because they had the hose running in it the whole time we were there to keep it full, so it was freezing .

Our water coming out of the faucet was DARK GREEN, so the bath water, the shower the sink, etc .and the room smelt like cigarettes. The towels were super cheap and we only were given 2. Check out says it’s at 11, but the cleaning lady was banging on the door at 9:40 asking if we were leaving, and front desk was calling us at 10 asking if we were checking out yet.

The room looked exactly like the picture and was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place to stay after a late flight into Beaumont. Incredible value for money.

Nothing. It was exactly what we needed. The upgraded rooms are up a flight of stairs but worth a little inconvenience.

Nice beds, good wifi connection, nice breakfast. Shoutout to Amy, who was very nice and interested why two Dutch tourists were visiting Nederland, Texas.

The room has aged a bit. Some of the electricity outputs were fragile and there was a bit of mold above the bathroom entrance.

It was close to my sister's house and close to my events I had planned and it had a bar.

No elevator , my first room was on second floor and had more aminities but I did not feel like dragging everything up the stairs so I switched rooms to the first floor. The floor lamp was missing a piece so it didn't work.

Great staff. LArge clean rooms with tons of amenities: Large wall mounted flat screen, huge LED touch screen make-u mirror, fridge, microwave, Shower with sunflower shower head. Many many places to eat nearby and awesome nice club attached with modern vibes and dance music.

Wake-u service not working.

Location was great. There's a Burger King, McDonalds and Whataburger within walking distance. It's on Hwy. 69, but we didn't hear any road noise. Hotel was full, but we weren't bothered by any noise.

Close location, very clean

The hairdryer sparked and did not work when trying to plug it it. I notified the desk and they said just not to use it. Didn’t feel like they were overly concerned but I was not about to be electrocuted.

I’ve stayed several times. It’s always clean and comfortable. It’s also conveniently close to anything I need.

The kids in the pool and running around screaming. While I love hearing and seeing kids have fun, it was nearly 10pm before they stopped.

The coffee was very good in the room.

The door to the bathroom didn’t work well. The room was pretty dark. But overall good. We opened the drapes a little.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and also the location was great cause you could walk to 4 or 5 fast food places.

I didn't like that road, it was full of pot holes and messed up concrete, you could catch a flat or even get your car stuck.
