Room was very clean, very up to date. We were traveling with our 18 month old and there was more than enough room to lay out a play mat for his toys. We were not cramped up. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very roomy. Hotel is in a great area, felt very safe. It was quiet despite being so close to the interstate. 110% recommend. I would definitely rebook if we were traveling to Beaumont again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was very clean. The breakfast spread was always impressive and fresh.

We could hear doors slamming all night long. At first we thought it was maybe just some rowdy guests but then we considered that it could possibly be facilities closets that were being accessed by staff. We considered calling the desk about it but didn’t know where it was coming from.

Everything was great at this location, I have no complaints about anything, the breakfast was awesome, my family all enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and enjoyed the facilities. The pool and exercise room was very nice also

There is nothing I could think of to complain about concerning the hotel, the onloy complaint I could even think of is all the road construction in the area but that has nothing to do with the hotel and staff.

2nd time here; I travel with a lot of kiddos…. And they are always clean and it is quiet

Nothing, the kids wanted to go swimming, I let them but the water looked a tad dirty!!! But it did rain on and off during our visit. Our previous visit the pool was clean and beautiful at night… I think it just the weather that made it dirty but I enjoyed it

The location is great in my opinion, because it’s only a minute or two away from Cheddars and a few other restaurants, gas stations, the best movie theater in Beaumont, and Main Event (arcade, games, pool, bowling, laser tag). Its on the far south side of Beaumont so not close to the mall and such, but I like the little loop it’s on. I also liked how clean it was. There was absolutely no “strange smells” in this hotel and the weight room was actually quite lovely! I’m not sure what it was about it- the atmosphere, decor, layout… but it was my favorite workout room so far at hotels. Has a nob to turn the music up or down. The washer and dryer is also in the workout room area with a wall partition. The lady at the counter gave us free water bottles. The pool was a salt water pool. No chlorine! And it was a wonderful temperature and exceptionally clean. I am so picky about pools and I felt comfortable in this one. The rooms were very roomy and very clean. No musty smell from the AC (we had 124). Rooms also have a large pull out rolling table to eat on. Dishes and silverware are also provided with a full size fridge. Shower is large and all soaps are also provided in the shower attached to the wall. The breakfast was raved about in some reviews, but it seemed normal to me. Waffle maker, cereal, oatmeal, and a toaster for your bagels and stuff. The scrambled egg and breakfast sandwiches were in a little shelved heated container and you get out what you want with tongs. The egg was made omelet style and folded over, breakfast sandwiches were egg, sausage, and cheese varieties. The apple juice wasn’t watered down.

The only thing I WISH they would change- is the bathroom door and the exhaust fan. There’s no exhaust fan! Do you know how important an exhaust fan is with a husband? Courtesy flushes cannot replace an exhaust fan. also the bathroom door is a sliding door….??? You can still see in through the edges if you wanted because it fits “just right” over the opening. No locking it either. Other than those two things- this place is amazing- and I would put up with these issues for all the other benefits.

Loved how clean the facility and the room was. Loved that housekeeping didn't hesitate to resolve the sheet problem. Loved how friendly desk staff were.

Didn't like that I had to get housekeeping to come change the sheets because there were some unknown spots on them. Didn't like the comfort of the bed and pillows. Didn't like that the room kept being warm no matter what the thermostat was set to.

The breakfast was ok. I am typically used to having scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausages/bacon, etc. The breakfast here was not the standard, if that's what you're looking for. They served English muffins breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, oatmeal, various breads/muffins, and fruit. They used real utensils, plates, and glasses. That was a pleasant surprise. The location was good because it sits right off of the highway. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.

I would've preferred to have more familiar breakfast options. The sliding door for the bathroom was a little different. It was quiet when closing, but definitely louder when opening up because you couldn't determine the distance or your strength. One elevator did not work; so instead of 2 elevator options, there was only 1 to use besides taking the stairs.

Clean and convenient to interstate. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Lil Wayne was staying here the night we were. There were underage girls in the pavilion dancing and twerking to loud music when we arrived. We were moved to a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Honestly, the staff was so accommodating and apologetic I couldn't be mad.

The beds were comfy, the location was on our travel path and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

I know this can’t be changed, but the elevator was not centrally located (on one end of hotel) so to get to our room, seemed like a long walk. We stayed in room 226. I am a smoker so to get to smoking area I took the stairs right to an exit.

Overall, it was okay. Difficult to get to due to construction.

Absolutely, the worst breakfast I have ever had at any hotel! Undercooked, poor service refill, eggs tastes like granulated like mush powder, sausage almost beige because it was barely cooked, juice watered down.
