Clean room, no bugs! Has a stove top with 2 burners, fridge, and microwave. The cleaning services don't come through everyday and there is no staff available (at front desk, in person) past 9 pm; but there are machines on the premises for laundry and they will provide you with an iron and ironing board. Overall, I am happy to have come across the property 😊

Needs a remodel, some stuff is a bit old and you can tell. Pillows are flat.

It was clean and a decent bed, bathroom was clean, we needed a room because our power went out from Hurricane Beryl. I was happy to have a room. Everywhere was booked or not available because the hotel lost power.

Appliances were rusty.

that one of the rooms did not serve the refrigerator and all the food was damaged. and the second room the refrigerator was all ugly rusty. The sheets and towels are not changed all week and this is the third week that I have stayed there

Location

The roaches in the room and the elevator.And then they wake you up at 8:30 am just to ask if you will be checking out that day.

I enjoyed the kitchen and the shower the most.

The AC was broke or something. Found dirty sox on my bathroom.. crumbs and food all over the floor.. the paid for the room online and then when I got to the hotel they charged me more.
