Food selection was quite good - especially having potatoes, eggs and a meat selection each morning plus wonderful juices, especially the orange juice. There was real oatmeal (not instant) which was very good, plus other items to eat. Coffee was hot, along with two blends of milk. All in all, one of the best breakfast meals we've ever encountered while traveling. The room, for the most part, was wonderful and very comfortable. Loved having a small frig and microwave.

The bathroom was OK; where the shower was located was very tight! Big door, little room, plus not a lot of hot water at night. Morning was OK, but at night, with everyone trying to take showers, hot water was not around much!

Great location, just off the main road, with plenty of free parking. Reception staff friendly, and able to recommend places to eat and what to see - you must visit the Museum of the Gulf Coast: who knew so many notable people came from this area, and the music hall in particular was amazing. Breakfast was good - plenty of choice, and options changed day by day (we stayed two nights). Waffle iron for making your own waffles was nice.

Not the hotel's fault but the weather was awful (torrential rain and flooding) so we couldn't use the pool or visit the nature reserves. Also, the fire alarm was faulty, so the elevator didn't work for some of the time (one of our party has mobility issues so this was a problem) and we were woken in the middle of one night by the alarm and weren't sure whether it was an actual fire or not.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Location was great for our trip. Breakfast was great.

The breakfast area wasn’t cleaned after a guest would leave. Also packed up food 30 minutes before breakfast ended.

The noise from the road was a little loud sometimes but that’s not really the property’s fault.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Served it’s purpose and would return.

Nothing was bad. I think this is a well priced, clean and comfy hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. I never made my waffles before on waffle iron.

The pricing could have been lower. You could given veterans like me and extra discount.

The breakfast was delicious my kids and i loved it. the room was clean and comfortable and we surprised my husband with the visit. We will stay again when we visit since he is working there for a long time.

nothing it was great and we had an awesome experience staying there. We had no issues with our stay and can't wait to come back for another visit. Definitely will let everyone i know to stay here when they come to visit.
