Our room was clean and the perfect size for traveling as a family. The breakfast selections had something for all of us to enjoy. Parking was great and there was plenty of lighting. Very easy to get to from the highway.

We were given pushback when we asked for additional towels. We were traveling as 3 adults and 2 children. This is how our room was booked. There were 3 bath towels in our room upon check in. We did bathe the children after going to the on premises pool, so we needed additional towels for everyone to have at least one bath towel. The late shift desk staff was very rude saying we just checked in so we couldn't need any more towels. She said if we didn't like it, we could leave. Another staff member walked up and encouraged her to give us the towels, as requested.

I liked the size of the room and the accessible bathroom.

The beds were so high off the ground that my 5' tall mother could not easily get in the bed by herself. And, the accessible bathroom had bars for safety, but the stool provided to use in the bathtub for a shower did not fit. The sofa bed was well worn and difficult to sit on for someone who has accessibility issues. She could not get up without assistance. Also the positioning of the TV made it difficult to watch from the sitting area unless the chair was turned completely around. There were 2 of us and 1 had to sit in the desk chair and one in the turned around chair. Needed 2 TVs or a wall mount that could be swiveled in either direction. Having 1 directly in front of the beds made it un-viewable in the sitting area.

Location was close enough to the interstate without being too close for traffic or noise. Breakfast was limited but good enough without a lot of unnecessary items and mess.

After 10 pm desk duty was uninterested, but functional. Noise from the 3rd floor room upstairs from either horses or multiple pre-teens or teenagers running in circles up to and after 11 pm. If I hadn't been exhausted from my drive, it would have kept me awake later. It apparently stopped by the time I got up at 2:00 am; however, it started back up again in the morning while we were showering and cleaning up to leave. I can't believe others didn't hear the horses....

Clean and loved the location. Beds and bedding nice. Pool and hot tub also very nice.

The breakfast was not as good as the other Comfort Inns I have stayed in. Food was luke warm and juice was watered down, We ended up trying and then going to Cracker Barrell for breakfast. Disappointed in food. Also TV does not show the guide to the channels offered, Was hoping to find local news station but in two days we stayed never did. Maybe make a printed TV guide as to what channels are offered.

Rooms exceptionally clean & that's a BIG plus in my book. Also, offered a breakfast every morning, although I did not take advantage of. Hotel maids were very accommodating & thorough in their cleaning.

Rowdy kids running thru lobby & running outside my room & playing on elevators, seems as though they were with one of front desk workers kids.

Breakfast was wonderful. States that breakfast was available from 0600 to 0930, but I found that many items were available at 0500. They have eggs, sausage, bisuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, danishes and juice.

We had to request towels and toilet paper whenever we needed replenishing. For extended stay, housekeeping is only upon request. This was only a minor annoyance.

The room was nice. Breakfast was ok.

The indoor pool was freezing in the middle of June. The hot tub had a greenish tint, and smelled bad when the bubbles were on. Breakfast needs 1 or 2 more waffle irons. They only had 1, so there was a long line. The front desk wouldn't answer calls from the room phone, but would answer if we called from a cell.

We have stayed here many times on our trips back to the Golden Triangle. This is our preferred property for cost, comfort, and convenience. We will continue to stay at this property in spite of the unpleasant experience with one of the counter clerks.

Generally the staff was friendly and helpful, but one person who was at the desk was decidedly unfriendly and inhospitable. She should not be working at the front desk in any hotel. Never smiled, never responded to any attempt to be friendly. She was a real downer. All the rest of the staff, including the other counter clerk were warm, friendly, and helpful.

The location of the hotel, cleanliness of the room, friendliness of staff, size and comfort of the room, breakfast, pool, workout room, and complimentary cookies.

I didn't have any dislikes.

Easy to access from interstate. Clean and great room for the night.

Check in staff was not friendly. She would barely reply when I spoke directly to her. Then she became annoyed when I asked her to repeat directions. The young lady at checkout the next morning was not dressed appropriately to be on the front desk. She wore a dark hoody sweatshirt, hair in messy bun. She looked more like the cleaning staff.
