The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Alex Patel, general manager, was the only staff contact I experienced. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable & helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, dry cereal, muffins, & waffles.

The water pressure was extremely low. Toilet would flush but slowly & shower was a slow process. Water was warm for shower. Therre is a lot of major construction going on the the area so I don't hold the water pressure issue against hotel.

They had a microwave in the room.

The deposit was a separate payment from the room. They need more stairwells there were only two that I saw on the side I was on. The lightening in the room needs to be upgraded. I had the put my face about a foot from the mirror by the sink to put my makeup on.

Alex was amazing and so was his staff. They were very welcoming and ever always available if we needed anything. The rooms were soundproof, we heard nothing outside. Close to shopping and restaurants. I loved that the washer and dryer they had was amazing unlike most places, and there breakfast offered was amazing.

The 2 things I didn't like were just small inconveniences I would like to warn parents or anyone wanting the kitchen. They don't prove anything for the kitchen so plan ahead and bring pots, pans, stuff to cook and eat on. First hotel that didn't offer it that I have stayed at. Also the shower/tub doesn't hold water or have a way to hold water so I could allow my kids to take a bath, again small but traveling with 2 toddlers would have made it easier and less messy.

The staff was exceptional. Alex greeted me and took care of everything in a polite and professional manner. He was extremely helpful and gracious. The room was one of the absolute cleanest I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a few. The breakfast was great.

The only thing I can think of was an extremely minor inconvenience. I didn’t see any cream or sugar for the complimentary coffee in the room. It’s almost not worth mentioning since there were both in the cafe area. I’m certain that had I contacted Alex he would have taken care of it.

It always clean and very eye appealing. The location is great and even though it’s next to the hospital you don’t even realize it bc the noise level is minimal. The bed is sooooo comfortable, you don’t wanna get out of it. The plus is the cost is affordable and worth every penny.

The ice maker wasn’t working. Also there needs to be some music playing in the breakfast area lol it’s too quite in there when you’re eating.

The staff was very nice and prompt. I think that the beds are very comfortable and the location is set away from the main highway. You actually get a full size refrigerator and a cooktop which is good for staying for more than a few days. Feels like a mini studio apartment.

The ice machine was broken but I just went to the store to buy an 8oz bag for only $1.89. Nothing else other than that.

The breakfast was solid. There was some confusion as my wife had only booked one night nd we meant to book two. However, the morning after we slept the first night the gentleman at the desk was very helpful insuring we had the room for the first night for the second night and the second room was placed right next to our first room. Made it very easy...He saw I was from Arkansas and he used to live there and he missed the state and we discussed the state as well.

There was not a functional drain in our bathtub. There was a drain but no way to stop the water from going down the drain. We had to put a washrag over the hole.

Victoria was precious! She helped me switch the room from an upstairs to a downstairs. I had not realized my elderly sister's recent issues with stairs. She was so very helpful and we appreciate her! So much!

Charging my card with $100 for incidentals...You had my card in case there were any issues...but with 60 - 80 year old women...It wasn't like we were going to party. Didn't like that...especially when the website did not mention it!

A really nice, clean, large room with a full kitchen. It was quiet and comfortable. The owners/managers were very nice people.

If you want to use the kitchen, which is very nicely equipped with a glass top stove, microwave, large refrigerator, and coffee setup, you'll need to bring your own pots/pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, spices, & cooking condiments. While I understand why the owners don't stock these items (theft, messy tenants, etc) it renders the kitchen pretty much useless unless you come prepared as indicated.

New and clean. Very close to hospital, restaurants and shopping. Very good value for my money.

Did not like the roadside motel aspect with no elevator to go up and doors that open to an outside walkway.
