The room was very nice versus what i actually expected. The staff was extremely nice, approachable, and understanding

The restroom should have been clearer than what it was. It was definitely not clean. I purchased my own cleaning supplies prior to visit because I that’s a common concern in most Hotels/Motels

Temperature was great. Cost was great using Booking.com. Conversation with one behind the counter was a little aggravating because they could not understand Booking.com

What I didn't like is that they didn't have a vending machine with more snacks for a variety of foods but there are plenty of restaurants around this area that you can just walk to to satisfy your hunger....

HOUSECLEANING and MOST FRONT DESK PERSONNEL were very GOOD! 1 REPAIR was made quickly...a New Heater put in. I still have NO HOT WATER in the Shower...I've bn waiting 4-5 DAYS for this.
