I always enjoy staying here. It is very clean and the staff is always very helpful downstairs. There is a bar and a small restaurant.

It is in a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood. Right next to that gas station where a lot of weird people hang out. The room itself was very humid when I got into it. The air was set at 63°, which is a little bit colder than what I like so I changed it to 70° and fell asleep for a little bit, woke up wet because everything was very humid. My Stanley water bottle itself on the outside was full of condensation and I was sweaty.

Nevertheless after having a small conversation with the front desk clerk & being told my reservation had to br canceled due to no availability & the room size I requested was unavailable as well, I'm not sure how did she make it work but she then said to me well I can put you in a DOUBLE but not a KING, This was not until I was walking out of the hotel facility in disappointment that my reservation & room size was unavailable and that I could not check in

I received confirmation stating my room.waa booked & ready for check in but when I arrived the front desk clerk informed me that there was no room available & to cancel my reservation. I was also informed I booked a KING room & that was not available & pretty much if a room were available that I had to wait until the next day to check in & mind you I was visiting from out of town!

My AC didn’t work. There was condensation on the tile part of the floor….i was very cautious so I wouldn’t fall. I reported the AC problem to the desk clerk and she said it took awhile for the temperature to change after a person changed the temperature. It did not change!

Spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. We had everything we needed for a party of 5 adults. Which is not typically the case for a late night stop in a smaller town. Front desk clerk at late night check in was a blessing and made us feel welcome while she quickly handled all of our needs. I’m sad I don’t remember her name, but we were arriving exhausted. I hope she is there next time we visit.

I needed to check out earlier than expected. Kimberly (I think that was her name) was very helpful and patient as she had to talk with a third party to make sure I could get a refund. I really appreciate the time she took to make sure I was satisfied.

Good location but at the same time really quiet as not too close to I10 plus I had a room facing opposite direction.

No breakfast included in room rates - the prices were kind of okay but I chose to eat somewhere else in the morning. No safe in the room although.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable and the staff was nice. We had left the hotel and on there road for about an hour, when my son realized he had left a single AirPod behind. We called the hotel, while on the road, and David was very helpful. The staff looked for the AirPod and told us they could not find it, but they didn't stop there. We had been on the road for several hours and received a call saying they had found the AirPod. David gave us the email address to send the prepaid mailing label and we received a box with the AirPod. He was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful! :)

I liked how clean the room was there was literally nothing out of place as far as the housekeeping goes... whoever cleaned that room was dedicated to the holiday inn..the price wasn't bad but the fact that I had to pay 150 for the room was crazy even though it was refunded and I feel that breakfast should be free no matter what age

My husband and I drive to Beaumont every month, since we found this hotel, it's the only place we stay. Exceptional service, clean rooms, and friendly staff

From time to time we have tried to use the restaurant but it was either closed due to cook called out, closed down early, or what knot. Only complaint.

Our meal was made wrong, However, the waitress comped the breakfast for us.

I did not like that we had to purchase breakfast.
