The place was very well kept. It was clean and had a gym facility that had plenty to do. The staff was very kind and patient. Friendly as well. I liked how they had no room service on Christmas Day so they could be with family as well. Shows they care and value their employees.

I didn't see a pool which normally is a must in a hotel stay, but this time I knew I wasn't going to be using one. I also think they break fast could have been better. I didn't see it advertised as Grab and Go breakfast, but in the previous survey it did ask how was the grab and go breakfast. Which now I understand why it was so minimal.

Great location for the purpose of our travel. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Good coffee.

I was surprised that there was a badly stained chair in the lobby where we had breakfast. Everything else in the hotel seemed like new. Also struggled a bit with the shade in my room. Got the inner shade down at night after trying one side, then the other, but couldn't raise it easily in the morning.

The cleanliness

By knocking on the door every day and asking the guest do they need towels it’s tiresome tracking housekeeping down for towels and it’s so inconvenient to go downstairs every day to warm food. I love hotel but may not stay again because no microwave in room it makes a big difference to guest and whether they will return.

The beds were comfortable. The room seemed to be pretty clean. I loved how the room curtain completely blocks daylight. You can't hear outside noise.

There was no microwave in the room, although this is mentioned in the hotels description, so there were no surprises. The microwave is in the lobby. The mini fridge didn't necessarily work correctly. Kept things somewhat cold overnight but not how it should have.

I liked the overall cleanliness and modern look of the hotel it definitely exceeded my expectations

I didn’t like that the breakfast was more of a grab and go. Defintely good if you’re in a rush but most hotels have the waffles you make the fruit you can grab and the scrambled or omelet eggs a long with other little fixings you can add yourself the biscuits weren’t bad but reminded me too much of gas station grab and go breakfast that was a thumbs down

Room was nice and clean, good amount of space. Parking was great, plenty of space to walk my pup outside. No complaints about wifi. Sound level was pretty okay, didn't hear too much from the door.

There was a little league team there and when I went for breakfast most of the food was consumed and hadn't been replenished. It would be good for them to stay on top of replenishing items if they have guest with large parties. I was there before breakfast time was over so I was surprised that even though everyone seemed to be almost finished eating, that many items were empty.

The property was nice and clean overall. The room was great. I always appreciate it when good body wash, shampoo & conditioner are available.

Probably just a wipe down of tables & counters during breakfast. I probably did get there a little late but sat down at a table with crumbs. No biggie. But this would have brought the rating up to a 9/10.

The staff is always friendly. It's always clean. And reasonably priced.

The ONLY thing I didn't like, which has nothing to do with Avid Hotel or their employees, is all of the construction around there. Other than that....I've always had a great experience there!

The room was clean, very clean. It was really nice and comfortable. And the staff was professional and most helpful. And we will stay there again.Love it.

I didn't like the fact they don't have a microwave In the room. The bathroom was beautiful. Nice BIG walking in shower and was clean. But one thing, the water faucet was too small for the sink.

The room was clean and the bed was very nice and the TV was great with the size and channels and to add on the TV once your room is paid and you get into the room it tells you on the screen your name along with a good morning/afternoon message and checking out is on the TV as well and your receipt is on the TV screen which I thought was pretty cool, I got a king bed and the room is definitely good for only one or 2 people no more than that due to the size and they have breakfast if that's your thing but you're surrounded by so much as far as food goes and the movie theater and main event. Overall had a great stay and would stay there again, you can hear other doors closing and if someone stomping but it isn't anything ridiculously terrible unless you have those types of people there when you are LoL, it was mostly quiet all the time for my stay I loved and enjoyed the peace.

Not much I didn't like honestly, maybe the size of the room but I don't care for that type of stuff cause I don't need all that room but for some people that could maybe be an issue.
