God location. Even though not in Gombe center. It is easily accessible from the airport and 20min from city center. The room was really spacious, very well decorated, up to western standard. Staff was really kind and full of attention throughout the whole stay! I really loved my stay here and would definitely come back and recommend it. Definitely a 4 to 5 stars for me!

Initially we were booked with view over the pool. Though it is a much better view it was still a bit noisy so we moved to a parking view. Not as nice but much more quiet.

We had to keep asking them to bring water to our room every day. The TV was not a smart TV. Meaning there was no YouTube being watched. For the amount of money we paid, we should have had a better TV. Also, the price I was told on booking.com wasn't what I paid. I paid extra without explanation.

It's on great location for transport. The stuff are nice and friendly non most of them but some stuff are just rude.

What I didn't like is towels wasn't clean and when you ask for one the tell we don't have it.

The property was clean, beautiful and spacious.

When I arrived there was no staff at the desk cause he was on break time. And the price quoted did not include all the charges. I think it’s better if all the charges are included so a client will know the total price in advance.

Great facilities and welcome. Clean room and steady electricity. Spacious rooms and the proximity to the water park is great.

The location at the intersection of Poids Lourd and 14eme Rue makes it very difficult to move in and out. Recommended to stay there if you want to spend the night after using the park. The heavy traffic outside will force you to leave very ealry in the morning or very late at night.

The hotel is perfect, extremely clean, everything is new. We had a problem with the reservation on booking.com, but the hotel staff, even the manager in person, solved it

They don’t have a good functionality with booking.com, and this made us a little nervous, but finally everything was ok, due to the manager who helped us

Because traffic issue is big problème in Kinshasa, so this hotel location will be some small issue, if you are business travel and need visit city centre Gombe. The almost good restaurant, lounge, bar, club, all is in Gombe.

The staff was very responsive and friendly. The location is ideal as its closer to the airport compared to the hotels in the city center. Its also quiet.

The menu was restrictive. It would be good if they could add local dishes to the menu.

Had problems in agreement on price qouted on bookings.com.and that of the hotel itself. And to adjust the check out date was a problem as I was advised to do it online whilst it was difficult to.do so. The site wasn't giving me the opportunity to adjust my reservations

The hotel was great, the reception staff was very friendly, and housekeeping people were great. Friendly service from everyone
