The facility was mostly great, but there was a constant smell of paint in my room that made it hard to sleep. Also, I really needed an iron and it was missing form it’s spot in the room, and it took me asking 3 different times to actually get one, after being promised the 1st 2 times that I would receive one. The breakfast included was delicious while very limited. I appreciate the hotels location and closeness to the main square

It’s a nice spot to stay at . Lots off good food, coffee, venders, bars all within 10 minutes walking in any direction . The room I got was pretty basic. No nice views of the church but it was clean and had an iron that my spouse was very grateful for. Parking is literally right across the street. We didn’t get to try drinks at the bar downstairs but it looks nice .

We didn’t know we had to insert the key card into an electronic thing on the wall in order to have power in the rooms so that was interesting for a bit. Also it looks fancy in the lobby but don’t expect them to take your luggage upstairs 😆

The beds were very comfortable, the room was big with air-con. The staff were very helpful and friendly and were happy to check us in really late! The location was amazing! It is slap bang in the centre of the city:) Great choice of fruit and dishes for breakfast!

The air-con unit was very loud. The buffet breakfast wasn't really suitable to be left heating for so long as the chiliquiles had gone soggy.

My room door latch did not function. The latch had been installed incorrectly and it did not work. There is no elevator and that was annoying. Staff made me wait to check in right at the check-in hour about 40 mins. When given a room found it wasn't clean. Had to go back to the front desk and inform them the room was still dirty. The front desk staff started a discussion with cleaning staff delaying me further from getting into my room. I thought it was over-priced for the area. Coffee cups in restaurant too small

It's nice they have a restaurant breakfast buffet unfortunately it's not free for the people staying at hotel. The food is ok. You can find better food outside hotel and is cheaper especially the drink prices at the bar are too high.

The continental breakfast the hotel offers it's depressing. Fruit cut in a bowel, cereal, sweet hard bread and coffee and you get to eat at the bar area. Anything that doesn't get eaten they just save it for the next day. If you happen to do early checking before 10am you do not qualify for continental breakfast until the next day and you still have to pay extra for early checking. Hotel only provides the same liquid soap u use to wash your hands that's attached to the wall its the same soap that is attached to the shower wall so no bar soap or hand lotion. Hotel does not provide shuttle service to airport ever since COVID according to the girl in reception but in the reservation it clearly says they do. So be prepared to pay for a taxi to airport.

I love the location. I like the rooms were very clean. The sheets smells clean. The bathrooms were clean. The TVs were big, and the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet that they had was really good.

The shower glass was too small, but besides that everything else was really good.

I so much appreciated the communication with the airport shuttle service/taxi ahead of time. It was so nice to have the ride scheduled. The taxi driver was awesome. I had a little problem with the door lock on the room, but maintenance took care of it immediately. My wife wasn't feeling well the next morning and they gave us plenty of extra time to check out. I'd definitely stay here again.

Well located and comfortable.

The breakfast included with the room is too bad, nothing like the breakfast offered at Dega restaurant. It is served in a very tiny place (the bar) the personnel is very kind and helpful but the food is just terrible, the only tasty thing was a muffin with chocolate chips at the top.

The location is the best part. Right in the center of town.

Had to go to the front desk everyday to have the key card fixed to open the door to the room and get breakfast tickets

They are very welcoming and I really appreciate them storing my huge suitcase while I travel to another city in Chihuahua! The hotel is clean and comfortable! And the location is perfect!! I will stay here again:)
